Very nice hotel! Clean and quiet. Located in Old Albay so very near fast foods, grocery, etc. They also catered to my request of a room with window :) Complete amenities so far although there is no elevator so not recommended for those with physical disabilities or seniors with gait problems.
Breakfast choices are just okay. Limited only.

张The hotel is at a normal level, there is no elevator, the luggage is a little tired, the breakfast is a package type, the air conditioner is a little super at night, and the free shuttle service is very good.

I don't know if it's the off-season, but I feel the service is not very good. The normal check-in time is 14:00, but I checked in early because of my flight. Although the hotel let us check in, they didn't tell us that there would be an extra charge until we checked out. They charged an extra 600 pesos. And the room was not cleaned every day.

Average. Air conditioner failed the first night, super hot all night. Moved us to another room the next day. Toilet leaked and would not stop running, they attempted to fix it but needed a plumber. Water then turned brown in both the toilet and the sink, the shower stayed clean. Checked out 3 days later with water still leaking and dirty.

棉花糖旭哥Very clean hotel, the front desk service is super good, one day at 5 o'clock in the morning will also help arrange breakfast. The hot water is very good, the water is enough, better than most hotels in the Philippines. very satisfied

Jeron LeeThe hotel was very near to major establishments like Malls, there’s a convenient store downstairs and very near to public transport. But I noticed that the cleanliness of the entire room is not so clean, the lavatory is clogged and leaking at the bottom The hotel doesn’t even provide a slippers for the guests and a complimentary drinks is only one bottle of mineral water for two persons. The good thing is the hotel staff are nice and accommodating.
