"During our stay at Villa Caceres, since it was our first time, the people in the Front Office are very helpful when providing locations and assistance, as well as the Housekeeping staffs (the group of tall guy assisted us on adjusting aircon temperature, when we arrived in the room). We also arrived earlier than the check-in time but they have accommodated us (receptionist named Jen/Jean, i think). I have just noticed in the morning buffet that servers are quite not that attentive on their guests even though it was not busy, some tables are left unattended, although the selection of their food was nice. I hope that they pay attention on this feedback. Then location was accessible to the city, markets and transportation."

"This place is very near in terminal and city which we need the most. You can easily navigate nearby malls and churches you wanted to visit. The place is clean and staffs are welcoming. You can relax and spend night better since the place is quiet. We can recommend this place to my friends who wanted a place to stay wherein city is just a minute walk away."

"Upon arrival in the hotel we were warmly greeted and helped by the staff of the hotel, they very friendly and accommodating. Serrvice is utmoat excellence the only problem is that the rooms needs to be updated, it needs to be cleaned, restroom needs to be maintained. When we reached our rooms there are no towels and when it was delivered it is like beige already because it is too old. The food served is also decent, this hotel is nearby a good place with lots of reataurants out side. I hope they can update the hotel soon. They have such a good spot and it just needed to be renovated. By the way we saw a cockroach in the room also but again the staff helped asap. I will still consider my stay here very good because the people are really nice. And anyway the bed is not dusty. So all good."

"This place is best for nearby gala. It is just around the corner. And easy to locate and access to terminal. The place is nice and quite. You can relax and enjoy while resting and watching television. I will recommend this place and I suggest to have more options for breakfast. But overall the place is welcoming."
