Very good place to stay in. Near at Malls, Church, and Terminal. Good service and with clean rooms.

The room was generally clean hence we always choose to stay here whenever we are in Naga. But there was an instance where a big cockroach creeps in. I think they need to work on pest control. The guests should not encounter such

Location is good. Customer service is okay too. However, the actual room and its facility is not okay. I would not recommend the place for those having problems taking a flight of stairs nor the ones with heave luggages as there's no elevator. The bathroom is not good at all. Although there's a heater, the water pressure's not quite suitable with it. There were no toiletries provided. No TV at all. Not even complementary bottles of water. If given a chance to look for a better place to stay, I would look for another one.
