"Centrally located and walking distance to downtown. Convenience store nearby. Brekafast is good. The Nuat Thai Spa inside the hotel is already closed though. But overall, highly recommended."
"Reception agreed to set up a taxi for me @ 11:15. I checked out and asked about the taxi. Charged me 300, then informed me it was the hotel shuttle, not a taxi l, and I had to wait on other guest. I had two places to stop, I needed a taxi. Told them no that’s not what I requested (and they agreed to). Then they started talking to each other in their language and laughing. I don’t know what was what funny. I still didn’t get a taxi. Just their scuttle driver with no other guest. Disappointing."
"I recently stayed at GoHotels Tacloban for a quick weekend getaway. The room was simple but thoughtfully furnished — clean linens, a comfortable bed, and just enough space to feel at home. I especially appreciated the little touches, like a kettle, a pitcher, and a small desk plus it’s next to Robinson’s Shopping Mall.
Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The lobby had a warm, welcoming vibe and was a nice spot to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning.
While the hotel doesn’t offer many luxury amenities, it’s perfect for travelers looking for a clean, quiet, and affordable place to stay. I’d definitely recommend it to solo travelers or couples on a budget. Would stay here again!"
"I love the place neat and cozy. I hope to stay in this venue again soon .. The staff is friendly and the Breakfast they serve is to my liking . God bless and more vacay soon to stay in your place .."
"Top notch! Rooms were comfy and bed is comparable to high end hotels.. Breakfast was delicious! The spa has very reasonable prices and excellent service.. I wil surely book in this hotel again when I got back to Tacloban"
"It can be one's another HOME away from home... You are in safe temporary accommodation, indeed, at an affordable price especially when booked early.
Thank you for assisting me in my needs for information/directions during my 4 nights and 5 days stay there. Until next time! 😊❤"
"Overall, it was a nice experience due to the polite staff; nevertheless, the room was unkempt, had no window, and provided limited amenities. The buffet also offered a limited selection of food items. The staff needed to continue tidying the room. Thanks, Ironwood; see you again next time!"
"I was planning to extend for another day, but I was informed that if the next booking isn't paid before the current one ends, the hotel staff will remove your belongings. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to make the payment in time because I wasn’t near the hotel and had no access to GCash as I was in the mountains.
Anyway, all the photos they shared are accurate — I really like it here! The place is very clean and feels brand new!"
"I recently stayed at Reddoorz in Picas Sagkahan and had a pleasant experience overall. The location was convenient, with easy access to local shops and transportation options, making it a good base for exploring the area. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, offering basic amenities that suited my needs for a short stay. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring a smooth check-in process and providing helpful information when needed."
"It was very easy the location, service is great and very nice and clean room ,all in all is perfect 😄😄😄"

AAnonymous UserI stayed at a hotel for a visit from a relative, and the shower room was too small and messy, so the water didn't come out well.
And the towel was used too long
