"An honest review: The room is neat and organized.Their television is small one but functioning for every channels.Their wifi is not too fast but can still connect.The staffs are approachable and courteous.One thing must carry are toothpaste and toothbrush only but they provide soap and shampoo which are good enough for your staycation.TIf I travel here again,I'd choose it again."

"If balak nyo gumala sa tagaytay at naghahanap ng mura pero maganda at madaling puntahan na staycation, ok dito sa SMDC WIND RESIDENCES. Along the highway lang at madaming dumadaan na Jeep, Bus at Tric na pwede mo sakyan if byahe ka. Madaming kainan at Coffee Shop sa tapat, malapit sa Sky Ranch na pwedeng lakarin. If need mo mag grocery merong malapit na SM Hypermarket at Robinson Supermarket. Malinis yung room, merong lutuan gaya ng rice cooker, microwave at electric kettle, meron na din baso, plato, kutsara at tinidor. Meron din TV at aircon. Wala lang Wifi yung Room na nakuha ko pero ok lang dahil malakas naman ang mobile signal. Yung Chairs nga lang medyo mauga na, sira din yung ilang drawer, walang sabitan ng damit at towel sa banyo. Hindi rin masyado nakagala noong time na yun dahil umuulan pero goods parin yung stay namin. Over all worth it yung Stay namin. Sulit din yung discounted booking dito sa Tip.com app 😍"

"Had a nice and relaxing stay at Quest Hotel Tagaytay. The room was spacious and comfortable, perfect for a short getaway. However, I do hope the bathroom cleanliness can be improved a bit more. Also, it would be great if the lobby had more comfortable seating for guests waiting to check in. Overall, still a pleasant experience and would consider staying again."

"⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨"

"It was a lovely place to stay beautiful location! The decor and facilities is could do with some updating in places but I wouldn’t let that put you off as the staff are incredibly friendly and attentive. I was well looked after as a solo traveller."

"The Hotel was sm & a bit isolated... about 2 Km away from shops, restaurants & main road. The place was open and had sofas in open areas for you to chill.. and enjoy the views/ cool weather. The staff were helpful & let us borrow electric adapter (when available) for our phone charger.. you might want to buy one in advance! They also help us rent a full day Tuk-tuk as there was generally no taxi nearby. The rooms have AC but there's NO REMOTE.. you have to stand on a chair in the middle of your sleep to adjust..."

"Upon entering the hotel, the lovely staffs greeted us and help us with our belongings and parking. From the lobby of the hotel to 2nd floor where our room is, the hotel is so mabango. Love the clean bed so much and they are generous for giving 4 pillows for us (2 each). The water pressure of shower in our room is quite weak but thats alright."

"Our stay at the hotel was very pleasant. The rooms were clean, and the staff were respectful and attentive. We were impressed with the amenities, especially the complimentary buffet breakfast—it was delicious and included in the room rate. To visit the chapel and recreation center, we used the hotel’s shuttle service, which was also free. The road to get there was a bit steep and intimidating, but the experienced shuttle drivers made us feel safe and comfortable. The heated swimming pool was another highlight—it’s free to use, and we spent most of our time there just relaxing. Overall, the experience was relaxing and well worth it."
