"When you book, you won't be able to contact the property owner. You'll just have to find the caretaker when you arrive. The area is really vast, which makes it a bit creepy. But it's great, especially if you have a pet. The rooms are clean, but I don't know what the issue is, as many offices and restaurants are closed and dusty, adding to the creepiness of the place. Good thing many of us booked on that day, so our worries disappeared. On the second day, we were the only ones left, but our anxiety was gone. The caretakers, Ate and Kuya, were super kind, 5/5. If you ask if we'd go back there, my answer is YES. It's perfect if you're looking for a quiet place. We also enjoyed swimming in the pool; it was clean and relaxing."

The experience was great,the service is very accommodating, the fir buffet is awesome unlimited. Just I notice the amusement like stationery bike is not friendly due to no saddle and the billiard table has no equipment but maybe we call the front desk but the swimming pool is fantastic very accessible and the room is huge and clean over all total. Hope we can book again as our yearly fambonding. Hooray! Keep the good work all the staff is friendly and especialy the guards is always give a smile upon entering.

This was my second time staying in a family room here. This hotel has an unbeatable view that no other five-star hotel, no matter how hard they try, can replicate. I absolutely love this room because it allows me to fully enjoy that incredible scenery. I'll definitely be back. The only minor downside is that the breakfast selection could be a bit more varied.

The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The bed was cozy, the linens smelled fresh, and the amenities were complete. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it perfect for resting. The staff members were friendly and accommodating. From check‑in to check‑out, the service was smooth. The food options were good, and the quality was satisfying. The breakfast selection had a nice variety, and everything tasted fresh. The pool and common areas were clean and well-kept. If you're looking to a place just to sleep, this would be it but if you're looking for some hotel to enjoy it's amenities. This is not the place for it. Best: The staff are very nice especially the front desk. Minor Comments: We have to wait 45 mins since they didn't expect our check in but, the fix it right away. The hotels are clean, but not an A+ clean. You cannot walk on the room floor without slippers, it will get your feet black. I have my wife and my kids with me. The younger one enjoys the stay but oldest gets bored about 3 hours of staying. Aside from the ice cold pool, there's nothing much to do. The gym with 2 equipments is not working but I think in time, it could be better. Since they told me that they're kitchen is on maintennace. Even an ice, or a complimentary drinks was not included. Overall, it was a good experience. I

The room, amenities, hotel ambiance, and service at Via Appia Hotel are great. The staff are friendly, and the place is very comfortable. The only issue I experienced was with the bathroom heater and hot water. The heater initially wasn’t working, so I called for it to be fixed. The technician came. Tried to fix it and said it was working now. However, when it was time to shower before checkout, the hot water in the bathroom only lasted for a few seconds before turning cold again. I had to turn the water off and on repeatedly to get hot water for short periods. This can be quite inconvenient, especially since the hotel is in Tagaytay, where the weather is very cold. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but improving the hot water system would make the experience much better.

It was amazing! I love the place I booked to stay. Extremely pleased with the location. Highly recommended. Its a corner villa and it was very quiet and peaceful. The care taker was a lady called Chorna and its gated so you can be assured of the security.the security guards were very good. It is safe, its a peaceful heaven. I will definitely be back. Thank you and well done to Hampton Villa. The cleanliness of the place is great and it's a true get away. The 2 bedder villa was fully furnished too.

The hotel has informed me when I checked in, that the photos of the room I booked which I saw from trip.com’s site, was not the same as what they will give me. And since we were tired from the long travel, I just agreed as long as the number of beds that I’ve booked were the same and the room was senior-friendly. The room was, in general, clean and spacious. However, the phone and the TV were not working. I informed the reception about it and was told it would be fixed after 3 days. The toilet was a disappointment as it looked dilapidated and mouldy. Overall, the staff were friendly and the place looked nice, however, I think there would be a better place to go that is the same as the price I paid.

Room is fine, basic for sleepover. SMDC location is the best, so many restaurants and shops around. Commuter friendly location, bus stops right infront of the location. Friendly and helpful guards, lobby staff. Ang sarap mag walking while having Tagaytay cool weather. You can have picnic inside the wide lawn area.
