Das Interieur ist geschmackvoll, ohne übermäßig luxuriös zu wirken. Besonders hervorzuheben ist das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Vom Empfang bis zum Service im Frühstücksbereich wurden wir stets zuvorkommend und professionell behandelt. Der Check-in verlief reibungslos, und auch kleinere Anliegen wurden schnell und unkompliziert gelöst. Ein Pluspunkt ist der hoteleigene Pool, der nach einem Tag voller Besichtigungen eine angenehme Möglichkeit zur Entspannung bietet. Auch ein kleiner Wellnessbereich ist vorhanden, wobei dieser eher zweckmäßig als besonders beeindruckend ist."

"Very pleasant and comfortable hotel just off the Old Town of Gdansk. The rooms are spacious and very clean. An excellent breakfast is served, but the other meals are less overwhelming. For example, the Ceasar Salad I ordered had actually little in common with what a ceasar ought be. The most irritating experience occurred in the swimming pool. The hotel disposes of a beautiful swinning pool which I love to use. However, wwhen I arrived the first day, the pool was was occupied by some acqua gym group and in effect not available to hotel guests. This is totally inacceptable. The hotel guests must be given priority in the use of the pool!"
