The downside is that the windows do not open and the air conditioner only works for heating. At a plus temperature in the room it was a bit hot (a little cooler would not hurt). And stuffy. In Krasnodar, in the same hotel of the same chain, this is better, you can open the window. Connecting to Wi-Fi is too complicated. Instead of a password, you need to receive an SMS (which does not come), or call a number. Everything connected by phone. In general, I am happy with the hotel, it is very convenient to spend the night between flights."

"This room was reserved for the boss. It is larger than the smart superior room, with a small living room, and is more comfortable overall. I originally booked to stay for two nights, but because of the sudden news that Russia was unsafe, I left the hotel one day early. The platform helped to coordinate and finally refunded the full amount of one night for each of the two rooms. I like the platform!"

Прямо рядом с отелем магазин Магнит, в шаговой доступности есть несколько кафе (в основном, фастфуд). В номерах очень чисто, свежий ремонт, хорошая шумоизоляция, блэкаут шторы. В номере есть тапочки, халаты, чайник, кружки и чай. Завтрак можно заказать отдельно (за 500 руб) и его принесут в номер. Завтрак неплохой (на выбор 3 варианта). Также есть обеды, но мы не пробовали. Ужинов нет."

I asked for a double bed room to replace me with a double bed - I was immediately offered another room. My colleagues said that the rooms they were given were unpleasant odors, I feared that I would get something like that. But no - my room was big and perfectly clean, with comfortable beds and pillows, with a bathroom - it was a very nice surprise at all. There was no refrigerator in the room, there was no co-worker in the rooms, there was no one, I didn't care. In the room is a teapot, cups, tea, coffee. Now about food is a great home food, you could order in advance by time, prices are very adequate. And the most cute is the cats in the hotel, very nice and gentle. Thank you to all the staff of the hotel for the beautiful atmosphere. Next time we'll come back to you!"
