The environment is very good, the hotel front desk has automatically upgraded the room type.

It's my worst hotel experience ever. They gave me a disability room, so all things were set up to be easy for a wheelchair person to reach, but it was not suitable for a regular person. The sink, the shelves, and the outlets were designed to be lower than standard, and also, the shower has no glass to prevent the water from spilling out of it, so when someone took a shower, that meant the bathroom floor would be full of water, and no one could use it until the water dried. I requested so many times to change the room, and I've gotten no response.

The location is excellent across from Al Rashid mall with plenty to do there and always an eager taxi to take you around. The Good The bell boys are attentive and the man working the desk is very accommodating. Very clean and shiny everything. The hallways are a little worn for some reason and the carpet. The over sized room was beautiful and clean. Very nice. The not so good. Weird room service only breakfast and lunch menu. The girls behind the desk in the lobby could not be any more rude if they tried. I believe it in my heart, they were actually trying to be as rude as humanly possible.

The setting on the Arabian Gulf is beautiful and sitting out looking at the water, this place has a natural ability to relax. The staff are extremely polite and helpful. The restaurant certainly does not have a Michelin star, it is more functional than fine dining, but the service is very good, the ambience is good and these make up for the food being ”OK”. This is however a resort for those who are interested in strange and unexplained events. There was a weird banging noise that came to life in the night and succeeded in preventing a full night's sleep; but perhaps more disturbing was the high end TV (huge and a very nice model) that had a mind of its own when it came to channel selection. Sometimes there were channels and sometimes there were not. No amount of maintenance intervention seemed able to cure the randomness. I shall remember this visit for the beauty of the setting, the professionalism and warm welcome of the staff and the endless stories of unexplained happenings with the TV and weird noises that I should keep me in dinner party talk for years! A place for those who want to relax, enjoy great service and who also have a flair for stranger unexplained and unexpected things.

The receptionist was fantastic. The oatl in general is good for the price.

The hotel is extremely value for money. The staff are very good attitude. The breakfast is ok. So, if I have business trip in the city in future, I will continue picking this hotel. Excellent.

The Golden Bugari Back Hotel is this hotel in the top neighborhood with news, its location is good near the Mall of the adult and close to the Mall of the Back, the hotel is good and the lobby is reasonable, the corridors are excellent, and the rooms are good but not big, we had booked an executive wing (two lounge rooms), and the price is reasonable.

Not bad, the traffic is convenient, the opposite is the shopping mall and it is very close to eating~

Update, according to the contract this place is (HIGH ALERT SECURITY) and could be a public risk. Positives: Location (easy to get there). Acceptable price. Designs and decorations. Cleanness. Nearby beach. Comfortable beds and pillows. Kids playgrounds with control cameras on the room. Handicaps’ private parking. Areas of Improvement: High alert security policies (difficult accessibilities). Limited and difficulty to find car parkings. Long time check-in and check-out process. Noisy sound from nearby apartments and corridors. The telephone is calling frequently (noisy). Overpriced. The kitchen is NOT well-equipped nor prepared (misunderstandings of MOH and CDC guidelines for preventive measures of COVID-19 and poorly applied). Lacking of security and visual screening for feverish guests. Housekeeping timing. Construction 🚧 audio-physical noisiness.
