Al Khobar Hotels with Parking

We are not satisfied just because one reason that, the first moment we arrived, do not give us the exactly correct room .    We booked Executive King Room With Sea view which is RMB1600 per night ,but they show us normal single room which is worth RMB800 per night !    They just do not give me correct room let us live small room, and also never tell us it could be lower price if we agree to live into small room. It is unfair !!     So we do not agree, we wait and wait asking them change us to correct room. We really need Executive King Room With Sea view. Finally they bring us to the correct room and we live that correct room “Executive King Room With Sea view” but it waist us waiting for one whole hour for just this situation.  We think they are not honest, we think surely it is very very simple they check via their computer their system they could very easy know it surely have the empty room “Executive King Room With Sea view”, but they let us wait for one h whole hour before we could enter the correct room.   In fact at that time we are so tired after more than 4 hours driving from Riyadh city to Al Khobar.    I am not satisfied for this matter.

I stayed in room 311 at a beautiful and clean hotel, but the bathroom had a terrible odor. I contacted reception to ask them to find a solution. The cleaner came, cleaned, and sprayed a pleasant fragrance, but after several hours, the bathroom smelled the same. I urge you to address this issue, as it affects the entire room's odor. Furthermore, the window insulation is unfortunately poor. Yesterday, it was very windy and cold, and the windows were poorly insulated, allowing all the outside air to enter the room (my window faced north). Aside from that, the hotel customer service was quick, and the staff and reception were very helpful.

I definetely recommend this hotel. We have a pleasant stauly. The room is clean as well as the amenities. Tue reception staff are vwry welcoming. Al.Rashed mall is just across the road and its walkable..

The transportation is very convenient, and the price is very reasonable at around 600-700 yuan per night. It has a separate kitchen with pots, a microwave, cutlery, and a refrigerator, so you can cook. There's a Carrefour supermarket just one kilometer away, making shopping very convenient. The breakfast is plentiful. I would consider staying here again next time. The only downside is the lack of a swimming pool.

The location is decent, and it's pretty convenient for dining. However, the hotel's breakfast was terrible; there was hardly anything to eat. The room itself was standard, but the air conditioning was old and quite noisy.

Habeth was a receptionist, late in Shoi, when we asked for a plus-cap, and the beach, Mo was clean, the hotel was clean, the rush was sweeping, the elevators were more, and the Egyptian children were walking and disturbing.

Overall, the Marriott Al Khobar provides a comfortable and convenient experience. Known for its reputable brand, guests can anticipate professional service and well-appointed accommodations. The hotel typically offers a range of amenities suitable for both business and leisure travelers. Its location in Al Khobar often provides good access to local attractions and business areas, making it a reliable choice for visitors to the city.

The place is clean and nice, the only issue was about the gym and the pool services. They don’t specify anywhere that these services are available only in the afternoon for men. Unfortunately the pool has no sunlight in the afternoon and the gym was perfect for a morning session but I wasn’t allowed to use it. These were the only reasons why I choose this hotel and it’s been a pity to don’t have the possibility to use them. The breakfast was ok.

Check-in time was 2 PM, but upon arrival, the hotel asked me to sign a paper stating that check-in was at 3 PM. In addition, the building was dilapidated, with only one working elevator. I also encountered a problem with the lack of hot water and water leaks from the bathroom ceiling. I didn't complete my stay and left after 9 hours, then checked into another hotel.

Overall, the hotel is nice with a great location and lovely views of the gulf. However, there are a few minor issues that unfortunately brought down my rating. For instance, the hotel's exterior windows weren't clean, which affected the sea view. Also, the club lounge didn't offer services like hot water for tea or a coffee machine. Furthermore, the suite was below expectations, and room service didn't clean the room. The health club felt more like a 4-star hotel's facility. Despite these points, its location is good, the reception was welcoming, and the restaurants offered good quality and variety.
