But the staff make the difference, they are friendly and attentive
Room can improve better like proactively make up the room without asking for it, automatically refill more water but they deliver it quickly when asking for it, super efficient

GGuest UserWe loved our stay at staybridge khobar. The room is spacious with a fully occupied kitchen & huge washroom. Their service is extremely praiseworthy, whatever we asked for fulfilled immediately. They have complimentary 24hr coffee service, which I haven’t seen in any other hotel. Their breakfast items are good & tasty but they don’t have a separate restaurant area which somehow disappoint me as we imagined its Staybridge, so there must be a huge dining hall

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.
