GGuest UserI chose to stay in a brand hotel when I first arrived in Daman, and it met my expectations. Although the hotel is not new, the hardware facilities can meet the needs, and the staff are very enthusiastic.

- We booked a room with a sea view and stayed in a room overlooking the buildings (after asking them, they said all reservations made through websites don't have a view 😟😤).
- The hotel is beautifully clean, and the lobby is spacious and comfortable, except for the smell of the corridors.
- All the staff are excellent and their service is good, except for the restaurant (we asked for food without spicy sauce, but we got spicy ful, and they refused to return it or refund the money until after discussion, and they didn't return it even though they promised to do so).
- The food is generally very delicious, but the buffet and other places always pepper everything.
- The buffet doesn't have a variety of hot meals (beans and eggs every day, thank God), but there are many types of dry foods.

GGuest UserThe hotel is sweet and everything is completely booked for the night, and I extended three nights of the Chi Lee Shoi, disturbing me, and they were very careful in terms of pay, that means you're 12, they send from 11 to 11, and the rest of the stuff is completely, and the receptionist once is collaborating with him and the girl.

HHoustonianI don’t mind paying for another day if I arrive early but I couldn’t understand why they lied to me. I came to the hotel at 3:30 in the morning of the day I booked for check-in. I was told to pay in full and didn’t get a breakfast. The guy at the front desk said I should come downstairs to check in again at 12:00 for another room because they didn’t have the type of none smoking room I booked. It was all fine. You didn’t allow me spend several hours in the sofa in the lobby “because we are are five star hotel!”(although during the coming several days I have seen people including myself and my colleagues staying in the sofas all the time without paying for any coffee or snacks). The pain I had is they told me to wait until 3pm for changing rooms. I called the front desk several times and in the end called back to China to talk to Ctrip. The guy who changed me full day for less than 7 hours stay has seen my Ctrip booking in my cellphone. The lady at front counter told me they didn’t know I had another booking! Don’t understand what system they were using to manage the hotel. Eventually I carried my luggage out to lunch and then got my other room at 1:30pm. Regarding hardware I want to complain about the bench in front of the bed. It was a hard and heavy thing that would break your knees if you hit it during the night if you go t bathroom or come back for sleep. Couldn’t understand why in such a small room they want to squeeze everything in. The lattice for salad in breakfast had sands. Maybe I was unlucky? Anyway as a guy who stays in five stars all the time I would not come back to this hotel in the future.

He couldn't print out my receipt and asked for permission from his manager, which he received on the next day!!
Also they couldn't find my booking through trip.com.
