"The location is great, very close to the airport. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly. They even gave us free fruit on our first day. It's very convenient to get around. There's a large shopping mall just a four or five minute drive away, and there are plenty of dining options within walking distance."

"I had a higher expectations especially with the value of money paid. Delay in check in procedures although it was 17:30 and rooms were not fully ready. Then I have got smoking room in lower floor completely against what I request , I had to stay for another 30 mins to shift to another room. Additionally,although the hotel is new , it seems that it’s only renovated and a lot of items and paints need to be looked at. The breakfast was mid , but I have to highlight the restaurant receptionist welcoming and positive attitude and relaxing smile. I’m not going to repeat the visit again to this hotel branch"

"We arrived during Saudi National Day, and there were entertainment in the lobby, making it lively and immersive. Overall, the hotel accommodations were good, with comfortable bedding and a new room. The air conditioning was a bit loud, but other amenities were excellent."

"My stay at The Ritz-Carlton Jeddah during this Saudi trip was absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts an unbeatable location right by the Red Sea, and it's only a convenient 20-minute drive from the airport. The lobby is incredibly grand and opulent, with marble and chandeliers that truly exude sophistication. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, handling our check-in swiftly and even offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining. Our room featured floor-to-ceiling windows that offered breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Red Sea. The hotel offers a fantastic selection of restaurants; the seafood was incredibly fresh and delicious, and the breakfast buffet was equally impressive and varied. The hotel's service was truly exceptional; the staff were consistently warm, polite, and attentive. I will absolutely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Saudi Arabia!"

"I didn’t expect much from this hotel at first I just wanted to visit Jeddah and stroll around, but when I arrived I was truly amazed by the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. The room was big and so comfortable, the location is perfect close to the airport. All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. A special thanks to Ahmed from Yemen and Nura both were so nice and accommodating. Actually, every staff member was amazing I just couldn’t remember all their names! Thank you so much for making my stay wonderful. I’ll definitely recommend this hotel and would love to come back again whenever I visit Jeddah ! Sorry I didn’t take many pictures"

"I visited for the first time because of a business trip abroad. It wasn't the main building, but the building next door. The facilities weren't the latest, but they were clean. I ate dinner at the hotel because of the travel time to go downtown. The food was okay. ㅎㅎ I also paid for breakfast separately (no discount if you don't pay in advance). They took a deposit similar to the accommodation fee. TT It hasn't been cancelled even after 2 days. ㅎㅎ"

"I stayed this hotel for 11 days for Biz trip. The room is big enough and clean. I don't use breakfast but Mcdonald's, KFC, Nahdi, Starbucks are very near. Across the street, there is big market place. I could also use supermarket in the Gold moor mall which is located 10 min. walk. I will use this Mirada purple next time."
