"As a youth hostel, the sanitation is relatively clean. The front desk lady is very friendly. The location is far from the city, but there is a tram station nearby. Our door would make noises when someone enters or leaves other rooms, and the bathroom is not close to the room. If you have enough budget, I still recommend staying in a hotel."

"A great hotel, big and nice great rooms. The only thing I wasn't really happy with was the dining room. There were far too many people and too crowded for little space, but there was everything on the breakfast table. "

"I will start with the fact that the Staff were absolutely wonderful and helpful. But was A little disappointed when a room advertised as premier, was average at best. Shelve in the room broken, light fixtures that didn’t work, old basic tv that only had basic cable so couldn’t watch movies or Netflix etc or connect to with our devices. Not major issues but more what you expect from basic low end accommodation of private rooms at a hostel etc"

"Pro Beautiful hotel, beautiful room, very high standard service by the staff clearly well trained in hospitality service. Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. Shout out to Victoria who welcomed us upon our arrival and made our check in process a pleasure. She even let us in earlier than usual check in time as our room were ready early. Vey comfortable bed, nice ambient lighting. Good space with sofa and a few small table. Perfect location in the Central station on the first and second floor, so you can just jump from the hotel corridor to be on the ground floor (seriously, don't do this, just take the lift or escalator like a normal sane person:)) Not noisy at all in my room despite next to the train stop. Very well design sound proof room. Breakfast buffet was amazing, good rang of options even for someone like my family that only eat Halal food - various vegetarians and eggs suitable food. Luggage storage free of charge before check in or after checking out to help you enjoy Gothenburg without the need to carry your extra tonne of luggages. Sauna and gym are also available for the customers. Cons None really, for the price tag I think the hotel is perfect."

"Really clean. Friendly staff. Just that the main door can only be opened with a code. And it is changed every day, but I wasn't made aware about it. Although they said that you'll receive an email regarding the pin change, I didn't receive one."

"Handfatet var det stopp i på rummet.. Klagade på det men inget hände. De sa att jag kunde byta rum men det var omständigt för oss. Tyckte de inte gjorde nåt mer för att avhjälpa problemet. Fick inte kompensation eller nåt annat"

"Contrary to many other – sometimes relatively critical – reviews, my stay (M, mid-20s) was an exceptional experience on a hotel ship :) Spacious and well-maintained rooms for a ship more than 100 years old Beautiful view and location! Steady and fast (free) internet Breakfast absolutely adequate for normal needs – crispbread omnomnom :) Medium-firm to soft, not saggy beds with plenty of pillows Self-check-in via phone in the central lobby was no problem with average English skills (also described at the table) Well-soundproofed rooms and restful nights The only drawback is that the upper deck is unfortunately closed to guests and there is no view of the harbor from the ship, but that was manageable ;) Would definitely go back on board :)"
