When you arrive, there's a big sign under the building asking you to add Line. They respond quickly and well. They'll give you the room code and number, so you can walk to your room yourself. There aren't any staff, but the facilities are quite complete. You can do everything yourself. However, a small disadvantage is that the outside of the building is like an apartment, quite old but clean, not scary. The bathroom is a bit small with a slow water flow. Overall, we were quite satisfied."

"Overall, everything was good, I'd give it a 75% out of 100. Because the bathroom has been renovated, there are still traces of the old stuff. The hot water was hot and strong. The only downside is that the overall condition of the hotel is a bit old, but there were no major problems. I slept soundly, the room was soundproofed but there was some noise coming through the hallway. It's a decent place to stay."

"It was luxurious and the staff - front counter, security and parking assistants - were all so helpful. It was also great that the mall Terminal 21 is connected to the hotel Centrepoint and it was very convenient. I had booked different room types - one with breakfast and one without - cos I thought on some days, the adults want some local breakfast options. When we wanted to consume the hotel breakfast, we were charged same price as any walk-ins. I thought hotel guests should be given a lower price since we are already staying there. Not complaining since it was a pretty reasonable price but maybe the walk-in prices should be higher as a business strategy."
