"The staff are nice and the customer service is great. Things that we don't like are: 1. There's no exhaust fan in the toilet and bath. 2. The tissue holder is in the wrong place it's too low and inconvenient."

"Well priced hotel. Checking in was a breeze. Staff can speak English. Very helpful in assisting me with various queries. My room on the 10th floor was large and spacious with a partial view of the nearby lake. Bathroom had an actual bath and shower, which you don't see that often in Asia. Location is pretty central with nearby shops, restaurants, pharmacy etc. Not too far from the few touristy places. Secure off-street parking. Buffet breakfast was included in the price. Poached eggs, sausages, fried rice, toast, jam, juice etc."
