KKairrroAan old room that has been well preserved. The main factor is cleanliness- no smell, no mold. The amenties is basic, hot woter is not too hot. For this price it's alright. Hotel is away from center, nothig to do here, so you need your transport.

AAnonymous UserThe location is along Kwan Phayao. You can walk to the walking street not very far. There is a fitness center and bicycles for rent to ride around the lake.
The room is spacious, clean, has a dryer, water heater, wide bed, can see the view from the side of the winch. But the air conditioner is not very cold even though I adjusted it to cool mode and set the temperature below 25 and it still wasn't cool.

PPilasluckLocated in pretty good location and lots of parking lots. Quite spacious room with basic amenities. Good air conditioner and shower. Nice surrounding and atmosphere. Helpful staff. Breakfast provided. Money value, highly recommend for travellers who love to stay close to greenie nature and fresh air out of busy town!

QQINGWEIThe location is easy to find, on the side of the national highway before entering Phayao City. Very clean and hygienic, and very quiet. It's just over one kilometer walk from the night market. And it's just on the edge of Phayao Lake, where you can see the lake view. The only regret is that the breakfast is too monotonous.
