"The hotel is well located next to the lake, the room is small but comfortable, the mattress is good - it was comfortable to sleep, I was also pleased with the Smart TV - many channels not only in Thai and even Neflix. Among the inconveniences: there is no elevator and in the lobby there is only a water cooler, there is no microwave - the hotel does not encourage guests to cook food. But there are many restaurants and cafes around where you can eat tasty and inexpensive food. Breakfast at the hotel is meager and by 9 am (breakfast is offered until 10) all the burners are already turned off and all the “hot” dishes are already cold and tasteless. They also brought me scrambled eggs already cold, I asked them to warm them up - they did it. Overall, the impression of the hotel and staff is positive, but if I ever come to Phayao again, I will choose a larger hotel rather than a boutique hotel."

"I advise everyone to stay away from this place. The photos on the website do not match reality. It's absolutely unsanitary and violates all health regulations. There's cobwebs and dirt everywhere. On the sink, there were someone's hairs, not from current guests, indicating it hadn't been cleaned since the previous ones. Outlets are falling apart. The common area, where you're supposedly able to make tea or coffee, looks like it has never been cleaned. There's a thick layer of old dirt and grease on the tables, dishes, and microwave. It was even scary to look at, let alone touch. There's no toilet paper, soap, or towels. No one at the 'reception.' When a problematic situation arose and I tried to call the owner, the phone numbers listed at the desk were incorrect and didn't work. During the day, no one looks after the hostel, and the doors are open. A price of 250 baht for such a hostel is way too much. However, I do want to mention a couple of positives: the bedding was clean. There's a convenient large locker with a lock for luggage/backpacks. And I also have to give credit to the owner, who had to resolve a conflict between two guests over the phone."

"The accommodation has just opened. The rooms are single-storey and have about 8 rooms. The rooms are clean and the beds are very comfortable. There is a TV and a water heater. It is located in the center of Phayao. It is easy to travel. I recommend it. The price is not expensive and it is very worthwhile."
