"The hotel rooms are recently renovated. The 4th floor of the hotel is being renovated, so you may hear some noise during the day. If you plan to walk along the embankment, you will have to walk 10-15 minutes to get there. There was no electric kettle or hair dryer in the room. Good lighting. The Internet worked well, the TV did not work properly. Breakfast is Thai style. Overall, the price-quality ratio is good."

"Good; very good view, you can see Phayao Lake, and there are many restaurants very convenient. Bad; but the room we were given is on the 3rd floor, and the balcony can see a big electric pole (very close to the balcony). The toilet has some smell."

"Exceptable to the price but very noisy because the whole building is build from wood so it’s make noise every steps when you walk and there is no hair dryer in the room or even when u ask reception there is none. The car park is very small and the entry/exit to carpark is very narrow. If you exit the hotel in morning and you park your car in the wrong spot it’s likely that you can not take your car out because another can park behind your car."

There's plenty of parking, a soft bed, a spacious bathroom, Wi-Fi, a small refrigerator, a TV, and drinking water. I like the lovely, cheerful counter staff who are helpful and provide excellent advice. The housekeeper cleans the room every day. The price you pay for the standard and service is worth more than the price. (The hotel doesn't have a hair dryer or a shower cap; you have to bring your own.)"

"I didn't know much about Phayao before and ended up staying at the remote Phayao Lake. This time I drove around and finally found a hotel with good value for money, large rooms, and good internet. The hotel is a bit old, but everything is decorated according to standard star-rated hotels. Many hotels in Thailand don't have power supplies at the bedside, but this hotel actually has power supplies at the bedside, which is unexpected. There are restaurants and supermarkets on both sides of the hotel, and life and transportation are very convenient. The hotel breakfast is relatively simple, but fried rice, rice, toast, fried eggs, stir-fried vegetables, porridge, drinks and coffee are all complete, ensuring you are full.
