"It’s a really great hotel and location but my room is near the elevator so there’s some people I mean lots of people make noise I don’t like that actually I asked for not near the elevator but I still have this room but the others things are okay but not bad"

"Very basic but big room. Felt more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. No kettle in the room and NO SAFE!! Where do I store my passport and valuables?! Good location - some road noise as its fairly close to a busy main road but it wasn't as much of a problem as I initially thought it would be. A short walk (15-20 mins) to a night market, the best bar in Phitsanulok (Cart Road) and the 3 main temples are very close. Breakfast is very basic and you can't choose what you get but it was satisfactory (no juice and only instant coffee packets) but the egg and toast were okay and the pork porridge/congee was nice. It is a very basic / budget hotel so if you are staying in Phitsanulok for one or 2 nights, this is okay."

"For my personal favorite would be spacious room , here is what they provide. Jt is really matching my taste to stay. We got a pleasant stay at Fortune D hotel @ phitsanulok . If we have a chance to visit this province. We will surely come back to stay."

"A very clean hotel, with very friendly service, especially from the cafeteria staff and cleaning staff. The location (across from the hospital and right next to a night food market) makes it very convenient if that's your travel style. Visiting temples and the palace area and surrounding areas requires round-trip transportation or 30-45 minute walks. The rooms face east, so the sun, from the moment it rises, invades the room and turns it into an oven unless you have the blinds PERMANENTLY closed; otherwise, it's unbearable. The renovated and very simply designed bathroom is quite adequate. Breakfast with a limited variety (either fried eggs, cold rice, or some other similar variety), toast, and coffee."

"I enjoyed my stay at Topland Hotel. The location is very convenient and the room rate is really good value for money. From my room, I could enjoy a beautiful view of the city. Another highlight is the wide range of restaurants and entertainment facilities within the hotel — very convenient and enjoyable."

"The bed was wonderfully clean, comfortable, and soft, and the air conditioning was great. It's a spacious, single-story hotel with easy parking, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. My only minor disappointment was that the shower door didn't close completely, which led to water leaking onto the floor and soaking the bath mat. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints."
