GGuest UserStay overnight for waiting the early flight from PHS airport to DMK. The hotel located very close to the airport. The room very clean. The staff very kind and always smile. The check-in process is very fast, they just ask for the name and the car number. The room rate is already included the Breakfast. I'm not expect about it because the room rate is very cheap (Only 600 THB per night), it's good enough for me.

GGuest UserCorn: The room furniture very outdated and the keycard not working for 2 times during our stay.
The staff need to train how to manage elevator between FIT guest and group. By organize one or two elevators when you have the group check in, we were keep waiting by the staff let the big group go up first all 3 elevators, they should learn how to manage better.
Pro: The maid done the proper cleaning.
There is plenty of parking lot and good location.

WWkoaThe hotel is in a quiet location. The rooms are completely renovated. There is no room service in the hotel, only a restaurant in the morning. I would like the hotel to have a swimming pool and a fitness center because the room price of 1500+ per night is considered expensive when compared to hotels in Phitsanulok. When checking in, I asked for a high floor room on the river side. The view would be very beautiful.

Lots of parking, convenient entrance and exit
Cons need to be improved
The room is not soundproof, can hear the next room talking
And can hear the sound of cars running all the time because the hotel is on the main road
The water heater is broken
The bed does not smell good like not using fabric softener
It should be suitable for staying as a group tour for fun with friends

GGuest UserI stayed 2 nights there but on the 2nd day housekeeping staffs nocked the door ask me You would like to extend stay for tonight? What??!??! My booking is 2 nights stay ! 🤔 That means front desk staffs are not in communication with housekeeping staffs?!

SSuV DajaThe hotel is quite decent. It boasts a pleasant, green, and shady environment with lots of trees. It's very centrally located on a main road in the city, close to the Nan River. The breakfast was delicious and offered a good variety. The air conditioning was nice and cold, and there's plenty of spacious parking. Plus, there's an Amazon Cafe conveniently located nearby, which appears to be part of the hotel.
