We booked a room on the third floor because it had a double bed, but the elevator was broken and the hotel refused to take responsibility. We had to make a new reservation and cancel our original order to get a room on the second floor, even though there was a room available on the second floor. However, we had to pay extra, even though it wasn't the customer's fault.

The room was clean and hygienic, with a window and a small refrigerator. The environment was a bit noisy due to being close to the road, and car lights could shine through the window. The service was good and the reception was very warm. The equipment and facilities were a bit old, but the price-performance ratio was high, and there was coffee in the morning.
