Amazing
GGuest UserThe rooms are clean and spacious, with excellent water pressure. The hotel offers a comfortable stay and is easy to find. It also has a clean swimming pool, which my son absolutely adored. This has definitely become our favorite hotel! 🥰🥰
GGuest UserI recently had the opportunity to stay at Holatel in Phitsanulok and was impressed from the moment I arrived. The hotel is newly built, and the rooms are exceptionally clean, modern, and tastefully designed. The décor feels contemporary yet cozy, creating a very comfortable atmosphere. The bed and pillows are of high quality, and the in-room amenities are well provided ideal for both leisure and business stays.
The location is excellent, situated in the heart of the city right next to Wat Nang Phaya. It is also within walking distance of Wat Phra Si Rattana Mahathat Woramahawihan (commonly known as Wat Yai), one of the most important and iconic temples in Phitsanulok. The surrounding area offers easy access to local attractions and plenty of dining options.
Overall, the hotel offers excellent value for its new facilities, comfort, and prime location. I highly recommend Holatel to anyone visiting Phitsanulok.
AAnonymous UserThe accommodation is located in the city, with nearby amenities such as a 7-11 and Big C. Some room amenities are available, including a hair dryer and a kettle (though there is one in the common area). Soap is provided instead of shower gel. The air conditioning isn't very cool, and the room isn't soundproof. You'll hear loud noises when the housekeeping is cleaning. There's a vegetable garden in the back. Overall, it's okay for the price in this city. The reception staff are friendly and helpful.
PPaijienhengThe room was a bit small, and the view was decent. The facilities were a little dated. We had some trouble with the power switch; a hotel staff member came and fiddled with it a few times to get the electricity working, but then it suddenly cut out again later.
GGuest UserThe hotel is located near an intersection, just outside of the city centre of Phitsanulok. It is close to suoermarkets, restaurants, coffee and Makro.
The room is basic with a firm bed, 2 bottles of water, effective air conditioner and fridge. The wifi is good. While the hotel is quiet, sound can carry between rooms.
The breakfast is very basic - waternelon, salad and Thai rice porridge with instant coffee. It would be good if there was filter coffee, juice and toast.
The staff are excellent! There was good communication prior to my stay (you can contact them on line) and they greeted me with smiles. The restaurant recommendation was awesome.
GGuest UserThe bed was wonderfully clean, comfortable, and soft, and the air conditioning was great. It's a spacious, single-story hotel with easy parking, which I really appreciated. The bathroom was also clean and roomy. My only minor disappointment was that the shower door didn't close completely, which led to water leaking onto the floor and soaking the bath mat. Otherwise, I have absolutely no complaints.
JJason2023Very basic but big room. Felt more like a serviced apartment rather than a hotel. No kettle in the room and NO SAFE!! Where do I store my passport and valuables?!
Good location - some road noise as its fairly close to a busy main road but it wasn't as much of a problem as I initially thought it would be.
A short walk (15-20 mins) to a night market, the best bar in Phitsanulok (Cart Road) and the 3 main temples are very close.
Breakfast is very basic and you can't choose what you get but it was satisfactory (no juice and only instant coffee packets) but the egg and toast were okay and the pork porridge/congee was nice.
It is a very basic / budget hotel so if you are staying in Phitsanulok for one or 2 nights, this is okay.
TTW2024Arrived after the check-in time 23:00 so the Reception was closed. I rang the bell. A male Burmese staff opened the door and quickly checked us in. He gave us the room 305 key, aircon remote and 2 bottles of water. No lift. Room is very large with 2 long counters, windows, a bedhead table between 2 beds but no socket to charge the phones I think. We charged at the counters. Hot water and aircon worked well. Wall mounted shower gel. Bring your own tooth brush set. The old small refrigerator worked well. No kettle and no safety box in room. Room was renovated in 2025 as stated in Trip.com so it was very pleasant to stay. Something in the room were old but they still worked well. We love the firm beds. Side pillows are rarely provided in hotels but they have them here. The sign at Reception is Lithai Guest House. The check out was fast and the staff was warm and smiling. The morning and late afternoon market near train station is my favorite place. We walked pass the Clock Tower to the south market and river in the morning too. Will stay again because of the large clean room, the pleasant staff and the location.
YYingYii“The hotel is beautiful and the room is clean. There’s a bar on the first floor and also a café. The security system is excellent — you need to scan your key card to enter the building and again to access your room. The bed is super soft, and the room is quite nice. The parking space is a bit narrow. There’s no breakfast provided, but the price is very affordable — I booked it for only 400 to 500 baht. Coming alone wasn’t a problem at all in terms of cost. I definitely recommend it!
BBlackmaylyThe hotel is neat and normal, the staff must accept the duty. They are assigned.
Other: There may be a preliminary misunderstanding appeared, however, there is nothing to linger 😇
