"The accommodation was very clean. The cleaning staff provided excellent service. In the morning, they left tissues and drinking water at the door and asked if they would replace the towels. The lobby and hallways were clean and smelled good. It's a shame the rooms didn't have more closets and shelves for storing things, and the hangers were attached to the clothes hangers."

"The room was clean, attractive, and spacious. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean. Amenities included a refrigerator and a microwave. There was a TV, but Netflix wasn't available, which could be a slight disappointment for guests who plan to spend a lot of time in their room. The view was truly terrible – just another building directly opposite, as shown in the picture. We had carefully selected this room, as it was advertised with either a mountain or city view. While we weren't expecting a mountain view, we certainly didn't anticipate a view completely blocked by another building. We were very unhappy with this, but we didn't ask to switch rooms because we checked in late, and we were only staying for three days, so we decided to let it slide. However, it was still quite upsetting because we had willingly paid extra based on the promise of a mountain or city view."

"Stayed for one night and enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony, especially the stunning sunrise scenery. The location is excellent for those who appreciate a peaceful beachfront experience. However, during the stay, there was an unexpected power outage, likely due to the rain, which affected the entire Songkhla area. This caused the air conditioning to stop functioning, but the resort provided a fan, which was helpful. Fortunately, the power was restored within a few hours. Overall, despite the temporary inconvenience, the scenic view and relaxing atmosphere made the stay enjoyable. Would consider returning for the great location and sunrise experience."

"Affordable rate with breakfast included. Room is large, comfortable and very clean. Toiletries given include toothbrush, shampoo, conditioner and hair brush. Bed and pillow is soft. Got tv, kettle and mini refrigerator too. Breakfast is simple, though limited choice for muslim."

"The hotel staff is very kind, the service and reception are excellent! Made our trip to Songkhla very comfortable and perfect. The room space is comfortable and the environment is well-ventilated. Breakfast was served in the rooftop restaurant, with a great view and great food, overlooking the lake. It's a pity that the bathroom space in the room is relatively small, but it doesn't hinder the overall praise!"
