"The rooms are beautiful, the view is beautiful, but the view is flawed, it's a window with a limited opening, not a balcony. Breakfast is modest. The most beautiful thing in the hotel is the reception, professor Messer. Very collaborative and tasteful, thank you for choosing it."

"Great staff. A girl with an almost Russian name Nadia offered us coffee upon check-in. Very friendly staff. Upon request, they brought dry wipes and more wet ones. The hotel is near the road, I asked for a room on the other side and it was quite quiet. If I had known right away that you could see everything in the city in a few hours, I would have stayed here instead of renting the next hotel in the center."

"Everything about the hotel was wonderful. The cleanliness was excellent, the facilities were great, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is absolutely perfect — everything you need is nearby. It’s especially convenient if you’re planning day trips to northern Trabzon areas such as Rize and Uzungöl, or even Batumi, Georgia. You can easily coordinate with local tour companies for pickup right across the street from cevehar  Mall, which is just a one-minute walk from the hotel. The only downside was the breakfast during the last two days of my stay — there was no buffet breakfast, and instead, they served set plates. I believe this was because there were not enough guests in the hotel at that time. Overall, it was an excellent stay and I would definitely recommend this hotel"

"Trabzon clearly feels like a prefecture-level city in China. In a place like this, I am very satisfied with the hotel's cleanliness and service. It's good in all aspects. The only drawback is that when the outdoor temperature is low, the hotel will turn off the air conditioning, even though it is still relatively stuffy indoors."

"Everything is fine except for the weak insulation in the ceiling. I mean, in the room I was in, if I turned on the water in the bathroom, may God bless you, which is on the floor above it, it bothers me. This is the only observation."

"It is very close to the Airport and in the heart of the new part of the city, with many coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The hotel is brand new, and the staff was professional. There is a big supermarket just near to the hotel as well. You can walk to the seashore."
