Well, let's start when we first arrived. The door entrance and mat was clean! No trash or nasty doors and I loved that. Then we walked in and was greeted by the sweetest young lady named Sherry! I can tell you that along with the extremely clean facility all the way around, Sherry took the Cake!! She was so professional and she made our check-in, our stay and checkout amazingly smooth. I have been in Chicago many times, and paid high prices at other not so good hotels by this one was is the BEST!!! Thank You Sherry for making our stay an Amazing One! Our stay was a GREAT ONE!!!! Hampton Inn, Sherry is a Great Asset! Keep her Happy :)

We found this Super 8 to be clean, quiet, and well-run. The breakfast offerings were also OK for the price. The beds were advertised as doubles and seemed a little smaller than that, so kind of snug for two adults, but the room overall was fine. It looked like there had been some recent updating to the property, too. McDonalds, Dunkin' Donuts, and Baskin Robbins are close by.

Very clean room, courteous and friendly staff. easy peasy. Thanks Better coffee options would be great but nice clean motel to stay and economical. And close to food places and gas stations and and the highway. There is also a Jewel and Fast food places to grab a bite.

This hotel is a good bargain. The rooms are newly remodeled, with comfortable beds. My room was impeccably clean and the bathroom was great. The place is close to Midway Airport but not bothered by noise of air flights. There is no van, but taxi service and other public transportation is available. The check in for the hotel is behind glass for security, yet room entrances are ”outside,” so if that bothers you- it may be an issue. And on the night I stayed, there was an ”incident” of another guests' loud and agitated domestic arguing, which the on duty manager had to address but did do so quickly and very well. I'll stay again.

10 mins drive Chicago Midway airport, room facilities were bit old but still functional.
Close to restaurants and value for moeny.
If you have a next day flight and would like to find a relatively safe and clean budget hotel, then this one will do.

The first night our temp would not go below 74-75 no matter where we set the thermostat. The next day we left for the day & evening. I told the staff about that and they said it would be fixed. We got back late at night to find it was g fixed, it was now warmer, and the hvac closet was wide open and would not close.. Housekeeping never came to our room. When I complained the next morning I was told the hvac system was designed to only turn on when there was movement in the room. I clarified, “so it doesn’t work when I’m sleeping in bed and not moving?” She said yes, that is the case. That is insane. Finally though after the 2nd day it miraculously got fixed and we got housekeeping.
