"This valuable hotel is highly recommended for a vacation if I would be able to spend a longer time. A king size bed was arranged as I compared with different travelling websites. From the front main entrance, lobby, corridor, room and bathroom were cleaned and highly organised. Even though, there was not mosquito found within cafeteria area. Efficient and friendly staff were helpful to provide all necessary information and to arrange all check-in and check-out procedures. It was enjoyable to swim in the private pool. A valid hotel guests card was needed to open a gate. The last but not least, this hotel is highly recommended to spend time."
"Hotel was roomy-we were on a quick overnight trip for a nearby race, and it served its purpose. We had a bit of a scare when a neighboring guest from the floor below was pounding on our door at 515 in the AM, demanding to see who we were and claiming we were pounding on the floor. We called the front desk, and Jose (working night shift) was our knight in shining armor. He not only asked the guest to go back to his room, but waiting until he left, and came back to escort us out safely to our car before the race."
"Service environment and location are very good
The price is just a bit high. Maybe I ordered it late.
Personally, I think it’s worth booking for less than 1k.
Opposite is the south coast shopping mall
And the ocma museum is free."
"The receptionist is very enthusiastic and friendly, the room price is quite good compared to the service and surrounding area, the parking lot has 2 sides, the highest above and the lowest below, which are built underground, so be careful not to have to run many times to find a parking space!"
"The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, but it is recommended to call the front desk. Because the airport is small, the hotel shuttle does not always run between the airport and the hotel. The service is good, the room space is relatively large, but it seems that there is no bottled water in the room."
"My bathroom was flooded due to a leaky WC, horrific experience cos I spent some time cleaning up.
Was expecting a little more from the breakfast spread"
"The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and not luxurious, but it was basically good. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Disney and about an hour from Universal Studios. The airport also takes an hour and a half. It is close to Irvine. You can go there for Chinese food, you can eat Haidilao, and beef is a must. There are also net red hi multi-party ramen, just to line up. In short this hotel is recommended, there is a laundry room, and the underground parking lot can also reach the elevator, which is great"
"The motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible."
"The major advantage of this hotel is the location. You can walk through a walkway to the mall (South Coast Plaza). Very convenient. The facility is standard Westin without much surprises."
"The hotel is older, but the rooms are relatively large. Parking at the hotel is free, which is better than the hotel I stayed in before in Irvine. The hotel lobby also provides free coffee; this hotel also provides 2 bottles of mineral water and snacks for free (see photo) ; Breakfast is indeed relatively simple, the patties are limited, and breakfast ends relatively early. The reception staff at the hotel front desk were quite polite."
