Costa Mesa Hotels with Parking

The room is clean, there is breakfast although there are not many choices; there is free coffee tea bags and hot water on the first floor and a microwave oven to use, and there is an ice machine on each floor. The water dispenser is in the gym, but only ice water is provided Sound insulation is not good, the floor is thin, you will feel when you walk, the air-conditioning sound is very loud But overall is good

The hotel offers an airport pick-up service, but it is recommended to call the front desk. Because the airport is small, the hotel shuttle does not always run between the airport and the hotel. The service is good, the room space is relatively large, but it seems that there is no bottled water in the room.

The hotel facilities are OK, but there is a little noise from the airport nearby. The service staff is very polite, but the service is terrible. First, the twin room we booked was changed to a double room (we still checked in at 4 o'clock on time), then we asked about breakfast again and again but the front desk was hesitant, and finally the restaurant told us that although we booked breakfast, we still need to pay extra, and finally the hotel charged extra room money and refused to refund it after contacting us many times. In the end, Ctrip solved the problem.

The hotel is much better than expected, the facilities are complete and new, and the breakfast is good. Close to the high-speed port, convenient transportation. Stayed at night, the surrounding environment has not been seen, and did not care about taking pictures, so did not give full marks.

The motel on the highway side of the road is noisy and the room facilities are very general, so it is cheaper. The size of the room is OK, the problem of resting for one night is not big, and the requirements are high to give up as soon as possible.

booked this room for our vacation room was nice and clean, we ate out for breakfast but it was offered thru hotel the room was very spacious and comfortable, housekeeping kept us stocked with supplies toiletries,coffee, Garbage bags, clean towels etc we enjoyed our stay thank you!

My room had a connecting door to the adjacent one, and both rooms seemed identical. All the faucets in my room were broken, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. This might be due to the hotel's age; the elevators were also very slow and felt unstable. The only upsides were a small private pool (which was tiny, probably no more than 10 meters) and a 24-hour hot spring, which was an excellent amenity. Additionally, the parking lot was very spacious with ample parking spots. However, staff started clearing breakfast at 9:30 AM, despite the advertised hours being 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. My room wasn't cleaned until the third day of my stay. At 6 PM, when I went to the front desk to ask for hot water, I was told there was none.

The facilities are relatively old, and it is depressing to take a smoking room. Although a passenger in the front did not smoke, it was rather a smoking room. The smell of the door opened a lot. Breakfast was lame and would not stay again a second time!

The room was pretty nice, although there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We stayed in a ”non-smoking” room. The night front desk attendant seemed to be very rude. Also I don't believe there is an actual working A/C in the room. Just a regular old light switch that says on/off, I included a picture. We kept said switch on all night and still was extremely hot. If the A/C had been working, this would have been a pleasurable stay.

First time coming here n I’m very happy with customer service everything was fair for tha price will come here again.
