"The photos of the suite on the booking platform were misleading. Instead of fresh, bright and refurbished look, we got dark and old rooms (except for the bathroom, this was really like depicted).
All my special request were „not received“. So I ended up on ground floor with direct view to the sunbeds and sofas of the pool. Cancelled my 2nd night there."

"There is no reception onsite. You have to call the number indicated on the front door.
The room and guest house were clean and as described but you feel the lack of interest in refurbishing.
The windows are not sound-proof and therefore you hear everything if your room is street oriented.
The Irish pub on the other side played live music until 3am and the (drunk) bar guests were talking lively until 4am.
Quite good breakfast place just next to the guest house."

- Trash pickup occurs every Monday/Thursday. Kindly set the trash can on the sidewalk early in the morning on the day of the pick up or the night before the pick up.
- The lawn is mowed by the professional company on Fridays.
- Safety outdoor cameras (front and back) are set for guests' convenience and safety. Tampering is not allowed and will result in a $500 fine.
- This is a nonsmoking home. Indoor smoking is not permitted and will result in $500 fine.
- The house is located in a quiet family neighborhood. Please adhere to quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
- Absolutely no parties or events with anyone other than guests.
- Dogs up to 15lbs are allowed upon approval and will require the additional fee. Please contact us for further information.
- Our tropical garden is overlooking a small pond. As much as it's tempting, please do not trespass the fenced area.
- Pets are not allowed in the pool or hot tub.
- Please do not put anything other then the toilet paper in the toilets.
- Fireplace is for a display only. Please do not use it.

Fantastic space, great location! Park your car and walk everywhere. More spacious than pictures depict. Immaculate and decorated beautifully. Extremely well equipped. Thoughtful additions such as beach towels and nightlights. Great location, comfortable beds and super clean!
