"When I checked into the hotel, it was already very late, but the front desk staff, Jayden, still worked hard to find a room that I was very satisfied with. He also made every effort to verify my membership level to see if he could offer better privileges. After I entered the room, he didn’t forget to send a message to make sure everything met my expectations and that I was comfortable. He is a very considerate and attentive front desk staff member. I am very happy to give him my compliments, and I’m glad that this hotel has such an excellent employee."

"It’s very roomy for 2 people. WiFi is non existent. The shower wasn’t completely clean. I have stayed here multiple times and I know U.S hotels aren’t nearly the cleanest but this time I was given a room with bad plumbing. The sink kept getting clogged and water was spilling out the back of the shower head. Also a few of the front desk people don’t know how to simply book a room for an extra night"

"The room is large and tidy, and the overall service is okay. After checking in, I went to the room and found that the toilet was broken. After I told the front desk, a staff member came to repair it soon. The service was good."
