"My Husband and I had a wonderful stay. The staff is amazing, the room was very clean the whole place is very clean. Rick the owner is an excellent man he goes above and beyond to make his guest feel safe and happy. My husband and I stayed for 4 nights that's how safe we felt. The parking lot is well lit up. If we ever go back threw El paso again that will be my place to stay. Thank you to the whole staff for a wonderful quite and safe place to stay."

RRivasWe found it strange that the pool is not inside the hotel, it is outside on the street, although it is fenced.
The breakfast is good, the staff in the food area is not friendly.
The guy who attended the reception (Jacobo I think his name is) was attentive and polite.
It is in an area where if you are going to go shopping, the location is good.

Ootis.ouchieHotel was really close to the highway so it was pretty noisy, my door had a dead bolt but it didn’t have the door lock up top like most other hotels. The doors were pretty loud so you could hear when other guest would leave their room.
