We back up to the bike path and Mt Royal and the Ten Mile Range… Super Quiet, wonderful view, with our own stream running through the back open space. Don’t be surprised if you see a moose.
Breckenridge,Silverthorne & Dillon are all within 15 minutes, so you have tons of restaurants to pick from.
We’ve installed all new can lighting, making a huge difference, bigger and brighter. New curtains, new paint, Sonos, TV’s and updated kitchen products. Best kitchen in Summit County.

Summertime and the fall are the hidden jems up here in Frisco. Cool temperatures and you feel like you have the place to yourself. It’s a little busy on the 4th of July, but otherwise very unassuming.
Fishing, boating on Lake Dillion and the new marina. Road and mountain biking 5 minutes away. 14ers and other hiking challenges await you and hundreds of fly fishing destinations, all in Summit County.

There is also an outdoor tennis court, sand volleyball, and horseshoe pit. The hiking and biking are right out the back door and Main St. Frisco is only a 1/2 walk.
