"The room was spacious enough and clean.
Downsides: The shower pressure was weak and the water wasn't hot enough, making for an uncomfortable shower. The air conditioning was practically useless; it only blew cold air and couldn't heat, nor could I adjust the temperature or fan speed. The panel on the wall also didn't work.
Overall, not a good stay."
"Excellent service at reception.
Room was all clean and very big, shower was good.
Breakfast was very good, choice of cereal and juices, along with bagels, and hot stuff, sausage, egg and potatoes.
Fruit and yoghurt also available. Plenty of choice for everyone"
"I was in Los Angeles for a layover, so I randomly found a hotel not far from the airport. I prepaid through Ctrip. I didn't have much expectation or idea, but the hotel front desk was still annoying. Their attitude was cold, which was understandable. Then they deducted $400 from me without saying anything. I found it strange and asked why the deposit was so high. They insisted that they didn't find the payment record for one room. I contacted Ctrip, and they said that the front desk deducted the deposit twice for one room. When I checked out the next day, the new front desk said that the money would be refunded. But when I looked at the bill today, it was still deducted. I had to contact Ctrip again to communicate."
"This hotel is not convenient from the airport. There is no shuttle bus from the airport. We saw a fake review that said there is a shuttle bus. it's so bad! Ctrip should not allow such a review!! When we realised that there is no shuttle bus from the airport, we called an Uber from the airport to go to the hotel. Each way the Uber cost 46 dollars (without tip). Even though the hotel is not very far from the airport. We don't know why it's so expensive. So we paid 100 dollars just to from and to the airport. We are not happy about it :(
So don't stay at this hotel if you are going from the airport. Don't make the same mistake we did and waste your money."
"Although it's in a slightly creepy location, the interior of the hotel was very warm, soft, and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the toiletries and features of this hotel, and the bed was nice and soft. Was about 15-20 mins in a Lyft to get to the airport departures. Room was slightly smelly but the A/C takes care of that after a while."
"The bed was only 130cm wide. There was no breakfast service available. Wi-Fi was only accessible in the lobby, with no internet connection provided in the rooms. The location felt a bit out of the way. The room had a strange odor, possibly due to its age. The bathtub had scratches, and unpleasantly, there was hair in it. The floor was very dirty. No airport shuttle service was provided. While the price wasn't expensive, it was a 10+ minute walk to the nearest station. Additionally, there were no convenience stores (like a 7-Eleven) nearby, and the trash can in the room was too small. Overall, my stay was just okay."
"This is the most suitable hotel I have stayed in the United States so far, none of them. The front desk service is very friendly. The hotel price is very affordable. The kitchen utensils are all in the room, cleaned up after use, and various prompt messages are in place. The room comes with a refrigerator, air conditioning, dishwasher. Shopping nearby is very convenient"
"Equipped with a full set of kitchen utensils, including induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, dishwasher and toaster, filter coffee machine, frying pan, saucepan and small milk pan. Breakfast also has freshly made waffles, bread slices and bagels. Although the variety is simple, the nutrition is enough. It is less than 15 minutes' drive from Los Angeles International Airport. There is a food supermarket Trader Joes across the road, and Hertz rents a car nearby, which is very convenient. That is, parking will charge more than 20 knives per night for parking. Equipped with a large double bed and a double sofa bed, the only shortcoming is that there is no extra set of quilts, only a blanket is provided"
"This hotel is a little far from the airport. It is next to a city hall, and there are many homeless people next to it. I feel that the security is not very good, but the hotel's equipment is very good, and the service is also very good. The breakfast is considered among similar hotels in the United States. abundant."
