"Although it's in a slightly creepy location, the interior of the hotel was very warm, soft, and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised by the toiletries and features of this hotel, and the bed was nice and soft. Was about 15-20 mins in a Lyft to get to the airport departures. Room was slightly smelly but the A/C takes care of that after a while."
"This is the most suitable hotel I have stayed in the United States so far, none of them. The front desk service is very friendly. The hotel price is very affordable. The kitchen utensils are all in the room, cleaned up after use, and various prompt messages are in place. The room comes with a refrigerator, air conditioning, dishwasher. Shopping nearby is very convenient"
"Really good for the solo traveller. I'm from Australia and this is my first time to the US and I found the hotel to be good value, very clean and friendly. A+"

"I was in Los Angeles for a layover, so I randomly found a hotel not far from the airport. I prepaid through Ctrip. I didn't have much expectation or idea, but the hotel front desk was still annoying. Their attitude was cold, which was understandable. Then they deducted $400 from me without saying anything. I found it strange and asked why the deposit was so high. They insisted that they didn't find the payment record for one room. I contacted Ctrip, and they said that the front desk deducted the deposit twice for one room. When I checked out the next day, the new front desk said that the money would be refunded. But when I looked at the bill today, it was still deducted. I had to contact Ctrip again to communicate."
"Rooms are standardized as expected from a chain hotel, featuring a large and comfortable bed. They are well-equipped, and cleanliness was excellent. The breakfast is simple but sufficient. It's perfect for catching a flight, given its close proximity to the airport and available parking."
"Very satisfied
I always use it when on business trips.
I will use it on my next business trip as well.
Breakfast is okay
The location was convenient as it was close to the airport."
"I recently had the opportunity to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne for a business trip, and I must say, it was a rather pleasant experience overall.
First and foremost, the hotel's proximity to Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is a major advantage. It's a mere 10-minute drive away, which made it incredibly convenient for someone like me who had to catch an early morning flight. The hotel also provides a free shuttle service to and from the airport, which was a nice touch.
The check-in process was efficient, and the staff at the front desk were courteous and welcoming. The lobby area is clean, modern, and well-designed, creating a favorable first impression.
I stayed in a standard room, and it was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, and I appreciated the extra pillows provided. The room had a decent view and was adequately spacious for a solo traveler. The bathroom was also clean and stocked with the necessary amenities.
One of the highlights of my stay was the on-site restaurant, The Bistro. The food was surprisingly good, and they offered a variety of options for breakfast and dinner. The staff at the restaurant were attentive and provided excellent service. However, I found the prices a bit on the higher side.
The fitness center was well-equipped, and I was able to maintain my workout routine during my stay. The hotel also has a small outdoor pool, although I didn't have the chance to use it during my stay.
The only downside to my experience was the noise level in the hallways and adjacent rooms. Thin walls seemed to allow sound to carry, which made it a bit difficult to sleep when there were noisy neighbors. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was a bit slow at times, which could be frustrating if you're trying to get work done.
Overall, the Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles LAX/Hawthorne is a solid choice for travelers looking for convenience near the airport. The friendly staff, clean rooms, and excellent dining options make it a comfortable place to stay. However, improvements in soundproofing and Wi-Fi speed would enhance the overall experience."
"Three hotels are connected together, the middle is relatively new, the facilities are better, and the room is more spacious. The socket interface in the room is sufficient. The American breakfast is normal and no new. It is not far from the airport and is satisfied."
