MM258947****I highly recommend this hotel. They emailed me before my trip to ask about my needs, and although I didn't have high expectations, they thoughtfully considered and arranged everything. The hotel isn't large, but everyone from the front desk and restaurant service to the maintenance and housekeeping staff was incredibly welcoming. They greeted me with a characteristic Californian smile, a stark contrast to another hotel I stayed at, the Marriott. I ordered some things that were delivered late, and by the time I arrived, they had already left, but the hotel still received them and kept them safe. In short, like the California sunshine, the entire hotel had a pleasant atmosphere! Located in a business district, the surrounding area is relatively safe, and it's conveniently located near major supermarkets, making it easy to drive to.

CCHUNHUAStaying close to the highway is very noisy at night. The soundproofing really makes people collapse, especially the floor. As soon as you step on it, you will be screaming and screaming. You will not choose this hotel again. The only benefit is that parking is free.

GGuest UserI was in Los Angeles for a layover, so I randomly found a hotel not far from the airport. I prepaid through Ctrip. I didn't have much expectation or idea, but the hotel front desk was still annoying. Their attitude was cold, which was understandable. Then they deducted $400 from me without saying anything. I found it strange and asked why the deposit was so high. They insisted that they didn't find the payment record for one room. I contacted Ctrip, and they said that the front desk deducted the deposit twice for one room. When I checked out the next day, the new front desk said that the money would be refunded. But when I looked at the bill today, it was still deducted. I had to contact Ctrip again to communicate.

GGuest UserI picked this location not only for price but their page said they had shuttle service too LAX. I can’t find it now that I look. When I got to the front desk and asked about it, I was told they don’t offer the service. I had to book a cab the next day. Super easy but I didn’t want to spend the extra on a taxi.
The room was mostly clean. The hotel is t super new so it was expected.
I wouldn’t consider staying again as I only needed it for 1 night for sleep then the airport. But because they don’t have shuttle service, I won’t be staying here. Might work for others but not for me
