"The hotel is very modern and youthful in decoration, with complete facilities and a great gym. Coffee is available 24 hours a day. There is also a pool table on the first floor for free. The room is also nice, with a lot of thought and design. You can see that there is a design, and the clothes drying area can be clearly blown by the air conditioner. It is suitable for a short stay to wash clothes."

"The hotel facilities were satisfactory. However, the hotel did not fully communicate the reservation status. Although it was an appointment with breakfast, the hotel did not include breakfast, and the settlement for breakfast was made. Later, I was able to cancel the breakfast payment by grasping that the breakfast payment was made separately, showing the voucher and asking for cancellation of the breakfast payment. I don't know where the system is problematic, but the reservation situation was uncomfortable due to the problem that the hotel was not connected properly."

"My only gripe is the breakfast - specifically the eggs, meat selection - or lack of. Scrambled eggs are better than those fake omelets and no sausge gravey please - maybe a bacon or turkey bacon? otherwise, it was fine. Also, fans in the bathrooms would definitely help with getting the fog out - otherwise you have to leave the door open while showering."

SSuebeeI have always held holiday inn express LA California as the best in all of my world travels located close (provided airport transportation) airport, maybe? but within walking distance with side walks to a car rental we used. However, this Holiday In. Express has surpassed my California experience. Employees excellent at checkin. Anthony Joho who displays wonderful mutitaskiing skills, problem solving, and helpful to guests. Checkout 2women and Hispanic man superb also. All are over/beyond my exspections

KKeile charlesI can't say this enough. The staff is phenomenal. We had the same housekeeper over our 8 days, and Katrina was so caring and patient. She was genuinely interested in making sure my family had wat we needed. If I could change one thing, it would be.. adding meat to breakfast. The one thing I hoped for every day was bacon or sausage links, and that just wasn't there, but everything else was so delicious. I loved the variety of waffles. I hope we can enjoy the pool next time as well. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend this hotel as well. Thank you to all the employees we had the pleasure of meeting.

GGuest UserIt was difficult to call the front desk due to the land line got zapped by lightning so we couldn't get picked up by shuttle from airport. Other than that, the hotel was good. We particularly enjoyed the pool with warm water. There was a bistro in lobby that was opened until 10pm and you can also buy snacks and sandwiches at front desk 24hr. We use the free shuttle service to airport at 5:30am and we were told they start shuttle service at 4am.

GGlennOverall, it was a positive experience. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. Everything worked. No stains or bugs. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and helpful. There are a couple of things that stand out that could be improved upon, however. Air conditioner was very effective in its function, however the fan was very loud. Like a turbo fan. The other thing that stood out to me that could be improved upon, was light leakage even after the room darkening curtains were drawn. If they added an additional layer of blinds or something like that between the curtains and the window, to block out light, it would make a huge difference. Still, it was far better than the hotel we had last time down in Jacksonville, at this price range. The next time we're down there, we'll go back happily.

GGuest UserConvenient place with many stores and shopping around. We had a family of 4. Double bed room. The room and hotel is really old. The room cleanliness was mediocre, lots of stains, rust and even mold along the ceiling. The beds were comfortable. Sheets were felt and looked clean. All the things in the room worked. Free continental breakfast that ends at 9. Waffles, eggs, bagels, muffins, juice and coffee. The staff was not very nice but did provide one extra towel even though we asked for two. Looks to be owned by Indian but not for sure. Not too sure if I plan to stay there again.
