Fully renovated third floor condo in the building with the elevator, closest to the beach. Condo offers one bedroom and one and a half bathrooms. King bed in the master, queen size pullout sofa in the living room and twin rollaway bed. Additional features include a large balcony just off the living room. You have fully equipped kitchen with all items you need. All small appliances are provided including coffee maker, blender, toaster and hair dryer. Large TV in the living room and bedroom. Beach gear is provided including beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler and beach towels. This unit is meticulously cared for and includes luxury furniture, linens and decor. New appliances. Condo offers full privacy and overlooking Carlin Park, with the walkway to the beach. it's a self-check-in with a code lock. The condo is in a beautifully landscaped 30-acre Jupiter Bay Resort, East side. This is a true resort atmosphere. 7-acre lake with bridge and lighted walkway around the lake, 2 heated swimming pools with spa, poolside restaurant "Twisted Tuna" with outside Tiki bar, hard surface tennis courts, Bocce court and walkway to the beach and Carlin Park. Also, very close to Maltz Theater.Guests have full access to the whole resort.Parking permit is required to park overnight and will be provided.
