"Stayed in the small town for two nights, because we were preparing to draw a two-day lottery to enter the wave, this hotel is right next to the BLM office, and we were lucky to get a Monday entry permit the next day."
"I had booked Hampton Inn & Suites Springdale Zion National Park with Hilton Honors, but due to the fire in the town, I couldn't enter the hotel, so I suddenly made a reservation through Trip.com. I checked in 5 minutes after payment, and I was impressed by the convenience of Trip.com because the hotel confirmed it right away. Hampton Inn Springdale still hasn't mentioned refunds and has refused dozens of emails and phone calls, but I'm glad I was able to stay here. The room was average and the breakfast was average, but it was clean because it was newly built, and the location was suitable."
"The room is relatively spacious, with a lot of plugs and very convenient. Basically don't expect slippers and dental appliances when staying in a hotel in the United States. It's okay as a transit hotel."
"Temporarily decided to live here. The hotel is located in Kanab, not far from Bryce, Zion, and Antelope Canyon. Breakfast is OK, and the American breakfast is also used to eating habits. The hotel location is right next to the main road and it is very easy to find."
"Great place to stop. Extremely friendly staff and check-in and housekeeping. Locked out of my room at four in the morning. Made a phone call for the sign at the desk in five minutes. They were here opening up my door. Breakfast was OK. It was clean crowded need a little re-organization but it was good. Everything was there. Check out was easy. It was comfortable. Town seemed dead. Everything within 1 mile of hotel. Cute town go to the steakhouse."
"The room is relatively small and the bed is very soft. I like it very much, but my friend likes hard beds and almost falls asleep. It's a very American-style, old-fashioned small hotel. It's suitable for two people in one room. Although it can accommodate four people, it felt very crowded for the three of us."
"Breakfast is rich in the United States. The front desk was very patient, and I was troublesome many times. The room temperature is right and there are quilts. This is my preference."
"Great place and so much fun history. We stayed here in 2000 with our kids and were so happy to return and hear that it's again managed by local owners who are working to upgrade and spruce it up to its original glory. Didn't get a chance to eat in the dining room. Next time!"
