"Nice hotel that presents well. It's not in a ”bad” part of town, per se, but it also felt a little more industrial around it than expected. Doesn't have a distinct ”hotel smell” that's usually tied to chlorine or cleaners. Amenities were nice and the room was clean. Someone had pooped on the side of the pool when we had arrived, although that wasn't any fault of the hotel. It was promptly closed for the night and reopened the next morning. Staff was friendly and we can't say there were any real snags. It was a little strange that we booked a room with a king bed and pull-out sofa bed for 4 people, yet upon arriving to the room, there wasn't any linen or pillows for the pull-out sofa. We had to ask for linen, and it was promptly delivered to our room, it just seemed off that we booked the room clearly for 4 people and didn't have the linen for it."

"Breakfast in general, old facilities, near the airport, free parking, the front desk staff is not enthusiastic, the price is not high, can live a night can still endure, Cincinnati's consumption is relatively high"

"Forgot to take pictures, this hotel is about ten minutes from the airport, the hotel has a shuttle bus, the door next to the car rental on the first floor, it should be platform 9 to 10, green car. The room is relatively large, the facilities are relatively complete, but the decoration looks a bit old, the breakfast is relatively simple, not self-service, but fixed food, also OK, nearby a family, a subway, and a burger"

"I was going to chalk up my experience as an isolated incident and let it fade away. That was until I received a phone call last evening around midnight! A rep. from Trip calling me asking about for my input concerning my stay at this hotel. I relayed to her that I had called Trip.com a couple of months ago right after a friend and I rented a room. We rented a room around 5pm or so. I had expressed that the power in our room - the TV, Lamps, Microwave, Frig., did not work. We put a complaint into the front desk around 6pm. Issue was not resolved until later on, around 10pm approx. About an hour after that is bedtime so 95% of watching TV, microwaving, etc, was wiped out. When I put the call into Trip,.com a couple of months ago, I received no follow up, until last night. Last night the caller wanted feedback about my room. I went over everything that had occurred. She also wanted input on how they could improve. I said, it's very simple, just focus on basic customer etiquette and satisfaction. At no point has any type of recognition been expressed concerning my loss of enjoyment of here said hotel stay. Customer service/satisfaction is becoming non-existent ."

"The staff were so friendly, our room was immaculate and had everything we needed in such a neatly organized and thoughtfully planned space. I felt like I was in an IKEA showroom, honestly. The bed was amazingly soft, and the little kitchenette was outfit fitted with everything I needed to prepare breakfast on the last morning. I took advantage of the free laundry room and engaged in fun conversation with the ladies at the front desk. The head of housekeeping was so funny and sweet"

"Very comfortable room. The front desk of the hotel is very welcoming. The room environment is very good and I like the layout of the room very much. The front desk bar is Starbucks. The overall feeling is very good."

"Everyone was very nice and friendly, room was comfortable, clean and quiet. The outdoor pool was large and clean. Very close to airport and shuttle services were offered. Very pleased with this hotel and staff. "

"The room was spacious and clean. No concerns about service. The location is 25 minutes away from downtown Cincinnati but close to CVG airport."

"The location of the hotel was difficult to get around without a vehicle, but if you go up along the riverside Samjang-ro, you can get a beautiful view of the sunset. The facilities of the hotel were excellent, but it was regrettable that there were restrictions on facilities due to coronavirus. There are many restaurants and fast food restaurants around, but there are no interesting entertainment options."

"The service was alright. Tvs do NOT HAVE HDMI ports..... booooo.... Room was cheap and paint was chipped had the tacky linen like hotels do THE AC WAS AMAZING i will admit that but the blankets are thinnnnnnn omg. Overall it wasnt that bad of a stay. I lovedddd the mirrors though!"
