"Service was OK, the air conditioning at the rooms little noise, and room smell like some smoking, food was good they have good restaurants, and the lights water show in the casino is nice, is a little far from Vegas strip, but is It's good and bad.It's good because it's a little bit more quiet and it's bad because it's just far from the other casinos,"

"Hotel serve was good, Everything was clean and comfortable. The hotel has a great location, Parking is available, which is very convenie . and there are all kinds of restaurants nearby. I would definitely book this house again next time."

"We arrived at the hotel shortly after 4 pm. Check in was fast, the staff were friendly. There are a few restaurants in the casino, not fast food. There are other fast food places across the street, about a 5 min walk, or a 7/11 right across for your snacks. The room was clean, and quiet. No nosies from the street or casino were heard at all. While we did not drive to this hotel, I cannot comment on parking or if there is a charge, but there was ample parking. If I come pro. Vegas again, this is a place I would stay again."

"The casino needs a refresh. The casino floor smelled of cigarette smoke real bad!  Bed uncomfortable. No amenities. No room service. I gambled enough for a month worth of stays. The rewards a joke!!! I checked out after 2 days and checked in somewhere else."

"The room is decent in terms of its overall appearance and comfort, providing a good space for relaxation. However, the lighting in the room is quite dim, which might make it challenging to perform tasks that require good visibility or create a bright and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, the shower room could benefit from some improvement like the hot water. Lastly, the self-check-in system had numerous issues like not accepting any of my cards, which wasted a significant amount of time during the check-in process."

"Excellent room during the exhibition period. The breakfast was very good, felt like a solid four-star hotel. It's also close to the subway, which is great. I would definitely stay here again next time. Parking is convenient and free. The hotel facilities are very new, and parking is free. I always stay here for AAPEX; it's just a few minutes' walk away."

"It is a five star hotel but the glass that they are  giving to guests in rooms are  just disposable cups with no amenities like kettle, coffee, toothpaste,nor bottled water. We stayed for 3 nights and may not be coming back again to stay in this hotel due to poor services. On the 3rd day of stay our  room was not thoroughly cleaned…. Though the resto at the top is the best place to have your dinner  with stunning views of vegas at night. Services and food  at the resto at the top was excellent with the very accommodating Filipino staff headed by Ms . Juvy. .."

"Orleans is an off strip vegas hotel that is currently going through some much needed renovations. They are marketing mobile checkin and mobile room key both of which did not work. The note said I would need to sync my reservation with my Boyd rewards card which the front desk supposed didn't my n request but nothing showed up in the app. The room b itself was comfortable but lacked refrigerator and microwave although most Vegas rooms do. At the prices published online they all should. Lack of TV channels was somewhat problematic when trying to escape the casino. The on-site movie theater and bowling alley did help but if course cost more. The hotel used to provide some coupons to use around the premises during your stay but I did not receive any this stay. I did enjoy Balliwick and Ondori during my stay and found them good and not too pricey. The casino lacks some of the newer slot machines and this trip they seemed to be very tight. Overall the stay was fun."

"The hotel is near the airport, and there is an Outlet next to it. Shopping is very convenient. It is 20 minutes drive from the city center and the Las Vegas Strip. We are going to rent a car from the airport for the next day, and the price is very high."
