"Fantastic location! If you're looking for a central location from which you can explore Lynchburg, then this is your place. I couldn't believe how close everything was from this location. You have Kroger, Cookout, Liberty University, the River Ridge Mall, Walmart, Target, and a whole host of locations all within a 5 minute drive of the location. Additionally, the hotel is right next to the access to 501 heading to Forest or Downtown Lynchburg. Breakfast was also provided (scrambled eggs, waffles, sausages, bagels, muffins, toast, cereal, and milk). But the best feature of the facility was the friendliness, consideration, and helpfulness of the staff. Steve in particular was very knowledgeable about the area and gave helpful suggestions about where I could find groceries pertaining to my limited diet. He would later follow up with me which I found most considerate. Other staff where either quick to say hello, or respond to questions or offer assistance when needed. Because of the location and the staff, I can't recommend this place enough."

"10/10 experience! RJ checked us in and was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and they were able to provide us toothpaste because we forgot to bring some. Free parking at the hotel, and the breakfast the next morning was also fantastic. Lots of options and the omelettes were actually super tasty! They have coffee 24/7 which is also super nice. We’d definitely love to stay again! "

"Over all ,this is and older hotel, but it appears to be taken care of, the rugs in the halls were nice and clean. Getting into the room was a problem, you had to put the room key into the slot many times before you would get a green light to enter. This was every time you went into the room. It took 10-15 minutes for the shower water to get warm/hot, every time. I purchased a king size bed but was put in a room with two double beds. They claimed that all the king size were booked. I showed them my confirmation of a king size being booked but they said there was nothing they could do since no king size beds were available. The price was very reasonable"

"This hotel is the best economic chain hotel I have ever stayed in. The health, service and facilities are excellent. The front desk has a beautiful woman and the smile is super sweet. Compared with other hotels that have stayed at the hotel, this is the most cost-effective and highly recommended! The hotel has a parking lot, there is a restaurant next to it, and there is a large shopping center not far from the car, you can buy things."

"Staff are friendly but I couldn't sleep because of the highway noise and heater noise. Cleanliness was good and the first floor was safe and comfortable"
