"The hotel has been recently renovated, and the bathroom is new, but the water pressure is a bit low. The overall noise level isn't too bad. The front desk staff, a black woman, had an average service attitude. Check-in was significantly delayed because a tour group was ahead of me. The free shuttle only goes to the AirTrain station, so I had to take an Uber to the terminal because I was in a hurry."

"The room was clean, modern and compact, albeit with limited furniture. The location is ok if you are the travelling in to Penn Station Newark - it’s about 6 minutes walk. The best feature was the hotel shuttle which was fast, efficient and gave us peace of mind to get to our flight on time."

"This was the best travel experience of all my trips. When I arrived at night, it was too dark to find the house number, but the host came within ten minutes and checked the lock for me. The room was clean and the surroundings were great. When I wanted to extend my stay, the host said he had no other place to stay, but he kindly helped me find someone else's B&B! He even drove me to the supermarket in his car! What a thoughtful person!"

"Good points are that it is convenient to get to the airport via the freeholder shuttle bus. And the staff show excellent customer service skills. Rooms are big. Nice gym. Bad points are the rooms are shabby, adjoining doors means you can hear your neighbours, bathroom and rooms have seen better days."

"Ideal for visiting the Prudential Center as it is right next to it. Parking can be done right next to the hotel in the parking garage without any problems and will then be charged to the hotel."

"It's very close to the airport, and the price/performance ratio is very high. If you need an airport shuttle, you need to call yourself. The operator's attitude is not friendly enough."

"overall the hotel was not bad it smelled amazing as soon as you walked in…the room was beautiful only thing i didn’t like was this big white thing inside the room which was kind of weird.Bathroom was beautiful but my toilet seat was really loose.There was a centipede in my room that totally freaked me out…a couple hairs in my bed and in the shower.Breakfast says it starts at 6:30am i went up to the 9th floor exactly at 6:30am and the lady who made the breakfast said it didn’t start till 7am.So i waited came back and ate and the food was horrible literally the sausage was dry and the potatoes were not fully cooked.I give this hotel a 3.8 review just minor changes that’ll make it a full 5 star.The picture i attached is of the centipede that freaked me out."

"Nice spacious room and lobby. Breakfast buffet is decent. However, it is in the middle of nowhere - no convenience stores or restaurants nearby. Also, location is not accessible via public transport so you have to Uber your way in and out of the hotel."

"Overall, its just a 3 star hotel . do not expect global Hilton standards in anything. The Best part is its location, very easy to commute to NYC by Path, NJ transit in 20 minutes."
