"It was very average. There was nothing in the room, including slippers, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and a hot water bottle. The worst thing was that there was a bar across the road, and the loudspeaker was facing the hotel, which made me doubt my life. If it wasn't close to my daughter's dormitory, I would never book. Not next time either"

"The hotel is located in the city center, with convenient transportation, nearby companies, more famous universities, safer during the day, and more black people at night. Hotel swimming pool, bar, you can feel the culture inside without going out. It is not safe to swipe the card without losing the password."

"It was surprisingly good. The overall service was very professional. The hotel is large, situated on a hilltop, and offers a beautiful setting. The breakfast service was very attentive, with someone always available to help you with coffee and other drinks."

"Wyndham Pitts has got to be commended for its central location and unblocked view of the Three River confluence, at a great price! Check in was smooth and travel to other parts of the city was very easy, with various amenities like 24h convenience stores and jazz bars within walking distance. One could also walk to the Andy Warhol museum through the majestic Three Sisters bridges and also the Duquesne Incline for a breathtaking view of the city. And finally the pool has a great view. One could probably only complain about the aging furnishes with some cracked or stripped wooden sections of the walls, and I thought it would be nicer to have a kettle in the room."

"The front staff was friendly and the rooms were spacious. This one was for senior citizens that came in for a family event. We requested a room that was close and close to the elevator. Both of which were accommodated. There was appeared to be a blood stain on one of the comforters, but because it was a double room the seniors decided to put their luggage on the that bed. "

"Great location, very close to the Pirates ball park. Staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. It is an updated hotel. Parking is $25 a day, would recommend using theirs since street parking had signs saying the street parking wasn't available on game days. The hotel is within walking distance to many places. Only downside is that I picked this hotel because it had a shuttle for things around Pittsburgh and the the shuttle wasn't running sure to COVID. But it was overall a great experience."

"Really good location, just a few minutes walk from a very nice part of town. The hotel is very modern and comfortable with lovely amenities, including a pool and gym. Breakfast was generous although missing some bits, we were very happy. The room itself was very comfy and although the bedding wasn’t the nicest, it was very clean. I will say the area itself felt a little sketchy at night and we were concerned about the car, but all was fine. It was very different by day!"

"The hotel is relatively quiet and includes breakfast, which is collected at ten o'clock. The room is large, with refrigerator and microwave. Please note that the hotel does not provide mineral water. The service is generally good."

"This place was extremely clean, had many amenities such as complimentary designer toiletries, tea bottle opener, wine glasses and of course the clawfoot bathtub. One would say it was easy to forget this unit even had a rain tile large walk in shower. The only down side I would say, the hotel does not have a front desk so everything is all virtual, a little different than the traditional check in, however if I would have read prior to booking the process would have been extremely painless. The supper staff over the phone were tremendously helpful."
