I can't express enough how wonderful the team at Four Points were for us. Nicole (Director of Sales) was our point person for booking rooms for over 30 people and her communication and professionalism made the process seamless. Alexis & Jada at the front desk were also quick to respond to any questions/concerns we had.
Our stay at this hotel was the most pleasant of all the hotels we stayed at in NY (we stayed at 3 different ones). The hotel was very, very clean and we enjoyed our stay of two days. We were on the first floor (which when we got there we had asked to move from the third floor they had originally booked us in and they changed the room without any hesitation to accommodate our request) which we were able to drive around the side of the hotel and enter right from the parking lot...loved this! The outdoor pool was wonderful... lounge chairs around it for relaxing after a swim. There was tables just outside the pool area with canopies to get relief from the hot sun and to have a drink...very nice spot. There was a restaurant/ bar right in the hotel which seemed busy all the time it was open. We really enjoyed the pizza from this spot! One thing I absolutely loved about this hotel was the shower! The best shower I had in a long time...lots of water pressure and no shortage of hot water. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash supplied was Dove and large pump bottles not the tiny little bottles usually found in other hotels. Dove pump to wash your hands at the sink and Dove pump Body Lotion. The staff were very friendly and accommodating... just a great vibe there. In the front of the building there is a small waterfall on rocks surrounded by bushes and a bench across from it to sit.. was very pretty in the evening. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again if visiting this area!
I stayed at the Hilton for two nights first. The overall environment is newer than the Sheraton next door, and the price is a little cheaper than the Sheraton. The most important thing is to refund the deposit immediately when you check out. Compared to the Sheraton Hotel, I didn't get my deposit back even after I left for two days. You need to follow up later. Sheraton's deposit amount is more than 100, which is higher than Hilton's. Next time I will choose the Hilton Hotel on Long Island.

The hotel environment is very quiet, breakfast is healthy, there will be a social light meal from 5:30 to 7:30 in the afternoon from Monday to Thursday. The room is spacious and the kitchenette can be used for simple meals, which is generally suitable for family vacation.
This is a hotel to avoid. There are numerous maintenance and management issues with this property. It started with the elevator to our room, which probably needs to have a NY State inspection. The hydraulic system causes shuddering going up and down, which seems like a hydraulic valve issue—scary. Then try and find room 212. One sign says rooms 210 to 219 go left. The other sign says 208 - 201 go right? Designed by math majors? The room we found was not completely clean, and though there is a kitchenette, there are no useful appliances like a coffee maker or any cups, plates, etc. You have to request these items. You also have to request a change of towels or room services unless you wait 7 days. There may be a charge if you need something sooner. The finish in the tub shower is peeling off, and everything in the room exudes a shabby feel.. the property needs some TLC. They advertise on Booking that breakfast is included, but what they have is crappy lukewarm coffee, a plastic wrapped muffin, and very skimpy nature valley granola bits—like mini bars. They have oatmeal packets but there is only hot water and sugar to add, and no bowl to mix it in, and no salt if you don’t want sweet oatmeal.. This was a complete rip-off at over $300 a night. I would NEVER EVER stay here again and advise all to look elsewhere. Terrible.
good customer service Helpful staff, room was small, hey but you get what you paid for no complaints front desk person polite and nice room was cleaned every day i stayed will definitely recommend friends and family Room was clean. TV worked with list of channels available on handy printout. Ironing board and iron available. hot water for tea (BIG PLUS!) and some breakfast items available .Bed was comfortable We were able to park close to our room.
The only ”complaint” I would even say I had was that the elevator was broken, however that can happen at any hotel. Ms. Jackie at the front desk was so sweet and worked with me so well when I went to rebook because of the snow storm and I had no way of getting back out to my house since we are in a state of emergency. Only other issue i had, which isn't the biggest deal, was the fridge kind of sounded like someone was knocking at the door but that could have been due to there not being that much in there.
The hotel environment is good, the room is big, but the sound insulation is poor, I can hear the isolation room talking, the washbasin does not drain water, the toilet does not have skin care products on the countertop, the air ducts are all bagged and hung on the iron pipe of the towel, there is no microwave oven or equipment It's not perfect, the hotel's indoor pool is open, and we saw many children swimming, but we didn't bring swimsuits and couldn't go.
Chain hotel, excellent service! It is a resort, large in scale, the lobby has a sunny roof, and it feels good. But there is a distance from the downtown area and it is quiet.
I made the mistake of booking this hotel for my entire family & bridal party. Everything they told us was a lie. This place looks like the motel that my friends & I used to have hotel parties at when I was a teenager. The furniture was scratched, old, & looks like it came from a garage sale. Every room had an odor, things were broken in each room, everybody was having issues. The worst part of all of this is that there was construction at the hotel. My now husband & I had driven down Jericho turnpike a few weeks prior to our wedding. I noticed a construction site in front of the hotel. We called asked if this was affecting the property in any way shape or form. We were reassured that there was no construction on the property at all . When we arrived, the parking lot was dirt, rocks, caution tape everywhere. No pavement. The big beautiful tree in the front of the hotel is ripped out & there’s temporary construction fencing, rocks, dirt & caution tape right in front. I had guests dressed for a formal wedding in heels gowns suits&tuxedos tracking through this. They also told us that hot breakfast was serve every day. Which is half true. When I asked if it was just package foods like muffins & granola bars they said “no it’s fresh made to order food that can be either delivered to the room ,picked up or eaten in the lobby.” Breakfast was basically like Jimmy Dean style egg sandwich wrap and placed in heater & microwavable pancakes. The lobby is a joke. Maybe eight people can sit comfortably to eat, And that’s being generous. I will say, they had juice water coffee, a very nice tea selection available 24/7. We were also told the the hotel provides shuttle service to any stores or destinations within five miles of the property, as well as pick ups and drop offs to the train station. Nope. Not one employee knew anything about this. Apparently, it is an imaginary shuttle. So there’s that. Although The girls at the hotel are very sweet, everyone was full of excuses as to why service was slow, etc. My mother-in-law and Aunt were splitting the cost of the room. When they went to pay, The guy at the front desk told them that they could not split it on two separate cards because his system didn’t work that way. Really? As a bride, i was hysterically crying on my wedding day absolutely mortified. We had guests from all over the country at the is place. I’ve never been so embarrassed in my entire life. This is The Worst Place Ever
