"This is a nice hotel. The staff was friendly and very responsive, especially at breakfast. The breakfast was good, typical of this type of hotel. The kids enjoyed watching the automatic pancake maker though! Good facilities and good accessibility on the TV in the room. The hotel was very secure and we felt safe here. I would recommend staying here to anyone visiting Roanoke that wants to be just outside of downtown."

"The location is good, 2 kilometers from the airport, there is a Chinese restaurant 200 meters next to it that serves a great buffet. The hotel's service is very warm and thoughtful. There is a shuttle bus to the airport. As long as you book at the front desk, you will be picked up on time. The interior of the room is large, but the facilities are a bit old, the breakfast is average, and the North American style can be full"

"This is the first hotel I stayed in during my trip to the United States. It is half an hour away from the airport. The room is clean and tidy. The front desk provides 24-hour coffee and hot water for self-service. The breakfast is also good. There is a commercial street nearby."
