GGuest UserThe customer service and breakfast was good. But the BED was HORRIBLE. it squeaked every time you moved on it. After a long 10hr drive I felt exhausted and just wanted a decent nights sleep, Well I felt worse when I woke up. The bed had to be old, ceiling in the bathroom was peeling i have pictures and the counter in the bathroom was never cleaned. There were old water marks on the bathroom sink. Its a good thing I travel with lysol wipes and a can of lysol. I have stayed at another springhill suites and did not have the same experience. Marriott really need to pay me for staying there. They also need to step up their game with ensuring all guest have a comfortable nights sleep. I will add photos later i took them on my business phone.

GGuest UserIt’s was a great weekend in the city! We arrived early and were able to check in at 1030am a very big plus! The room was large and spacious all amenities were neatly placed throughout the room an adequate amount of towels and wash cloths provided! The front desk morning and evening hours were pleasant and so helpful! Lobby entrance clean, breakfast area clean, pool, business center, and gym all operational a big plus! The room, the visit, the stay were perfect, I highly recommend this property!

GGuest UserThe hotel room facilities are dilapidated, the basin is cracked, the room layout is very strange, the wash basin is arranged in the room, the bathroom is quite big, but there is a shower and toilet. Because the ~ is a place to pass by, I didn't pay much attention to other things. There is a Chinese restaurant called Red Mansion next to it. It is a buffet of $15/person. It is very cheap. Many old Americans eat in it and the dishes are not bad.

WWENGEThe facilities are slightly old, the service is good, the luggage is many, the room on the second floor was originally given, it is very convenient to change to the first floor, the breakfast is good, the next day to the airport, the hotel called the taxi, and cut the taxi fare.
