"Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable."

Welcome to Beachfront 12 @ Ponce Landing. This beachfront townhome is a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit which accomodates 6 people maximum there is a 1 car garage which is your primary parking spot, washer & dryer and 2 pools which 1 is heated.
Inside you will enjoy the beachy vibe decor, the 1st floor consists of bathroom, kitchen, dining area and living room with a small patio off the living room with views of the dunes.
The 2nd floor consists of the master bedroom with a king size bed, plenty of closet space, tv and a private balcony with ocean views. Full size bathroom with tub, the guest bedroom has 2 queen size beds with TV and small balcony facing pool.
There is a door code for entry to unit
Monthly Bookings are subject to a $250.00 cleaning fee

This beautiful 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo is just steps from St. Augustine Beach. There is a view of the heated lagoon pool from the open living area, master bedroom, and large balcony. The condo is a 1 level corner unit, on the top floor with elevator access. The condo itself does not have neighbors above it and there are no stairs in the unit. It’s centrally located and walking distance to restaurants, shopping, activities, and a short drive away from downtown St. Augustine.
The space
The Kitchen
The condo has an updated kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances, solid surface counters and shaker cabinets. It is stocked with cookware, dishes, utensils, serveware, drip coffee maker, and keurig. We provide some keurig pods, cream, and sugar to start off your stay.
The bedrooms
There's a master bedroom with king size bed, a second bedroom with a queen size bed, and a 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. All the bedrooms have their pillow cases, sheets, and covers refreshed for each stay.
The Bathrooms
There are 2 bathrooms which have been updated with white cabinets, tiled showers and tiled floors. One is in the main hallway and the other is part of the master suite.
The Living area
In the living area we have a comfortable sectional sofa, coffee table and flat screen TV with cable. The WiFi password will be located in the Welcome Guide on the coffee table.
The Dining Area
Adjacent to the living area is the dining area that is separate but still open to the rest of the living space. You can enjoy gathering around the dining table for meals or playing games.
Beach Amenities
For the beach we have beach chairs, an umbrella, large cooler, body boards, sand toys, and a wagon to help walk it over to the beach. These are located in the laundry room. There are 8 beach towels in the linen closet inside the condo.
Laundry Room
The laundry room has a separate entrance just outside the front door. This is where you will find the full size washer and dryer. This is also where we store the beach supplies.
Extras
You’ll find we have stocked the villa with all the other necessities you'd expect such as linens, towels, paper products, hand soap, and hand sanitizer. We also provide some travel size toiletries such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion.
Ocean Villas Amenities
There are 2 pools located in Ocean Villas Complex. The one closest to the unit is heated October through April. The other pool that is closest to the beach, is a zero entry pool. There is also a BBQ pit, a horseshoe area and outdoor showers located near the beautiful gazebo and deck that leads to a gated walkway to the beach.
Parking
Guests will be given 2 guest passes for parking and an access code to the gated parking area. There are parking spaces right outside the condo building. There are 2 pools located in Ocean Villas Complex. The one closest to the unit is heated October through April. The other pool that is closest to the beach, is a zero entry pool. There is also a BBQ pit, a horseshoe area and outdoor showers located near the beautiful gazebo and deck that leads to a gated walkway to the beach.

Guests will be given 2 guest passes for parking and an access code to the gated parking area. There are parking spaces right outside the condo building. WE FOLLOW CDC RECOMMENDED CLEANING!! This 1450 sq ft. Beach Cottage has all the charms and amenities that you want for your vacation. HDTV with DVD's for those rainy afternoons, sit in the cabana on the beach, read a book, or go for a swim in the heated pool. We even have a high chair for small family members. You are 200 yards from the beach, and walking distance to putt putt, and 20 different restaurants. 2 bedrooms with bath/kitchen/living area on top floor, and a private living area w/2 bedrooms & bath downstairs as well.
The cottage is tastefully decorated with themes for each of the bedrooms. This Tommy Bahama decorated cottage has lots to keep you busy on a rainy afternoon with puzzles, games, DVD's. You can always spend time in the kitchen with all the fine cookware and blender to make those Margarita's. The heated pool is just steps away and the beach a few more steps beyond (cottage located on beach side). There is a gazebo on the beach for all to enjoy as you sit and read. Beach toys and boogie boards along with beach towels a wagon and chairs make the visit extra easy as you head down to the white sandy beach for a couple of hours. All beds have extra nice Mattresses with comfy linen sheets. Even your nights will be met with comfort. AC has a limit of 70 degrees, so if this is a problem, be sure to let me know before you book. MUST BE 22 years or older to rent. MAX PET SIZE 40 lbs. Pool MAYBE HEATED, but HOA can turn off heat as they control it. The cottage is tastefully decorated with themes for each of the bedrooms. This Tommy Bahama decorated cottage has lots to keep you busy on a rainy afternoon with puzzles, games, DVD's. You can always spend time in the kitchen with all the fine cookware and blender to make those Margarita's. The heated pool is just steps away and the beach a few more steps beyond (cottage located on beach side). There is a gazebo on the beach for all to enjoy as you sit and read. Beach toys and boogie boards along with beach towels a wagon and chairs make the visit extra easy as you head down to the white sandy beach for a couple of hours. All beds have extra nice Mattresses with comfy linen sheets. Even your nights will be met with comfort. AC has a limit of 70 degrees, so if this is a problem, be sure to let me know before you book. MUST BE 22 years or older to rent. MAX PET SIZE 40 lbs. Pool MAYBE HEATED, but HOA can turn off heat as they control it.
