Service was ok. Requested a wine opener from the front desk. Was told to get one from the bistro. Went to the bistro was told I had to go back to my room on the 4th floor and bring the bottle of wine down so they would open it. Could not give me a wine opener to use during my stay. Big market for stolen wine openers I guess. Other than that shower head covered in mold. No other issues. Definitely a three star hotel with no aspiration of moving to the next level.

This property is very convenient to our target destination, the St. Augustine Alligator Farm. Our room was fine- large and comfortable bathroom. The advertised Tesla chargers were all out of service, but there were non-Tesla chargers that I could use. I spoke with the GM and learned about the schedule for replacing the Tesla chargers, which explained the contractor-induced delay. We will stay here again!

The property was not very clean. There was mold in our bathroom. We were told our room would be cleaned every other day, but it was not. We had to empty our own trash just to get it out of the room.
We did get an ocean view which was nice.
