"Our hotel room was very clean, and spacious. we arrived early and were let in right away, without any hesitation. The bed was comfortable (a little on the hard side, but not too hard). Our room might have been recently remodeled as it was spotless. The breakfast was sufficient, eggs, sausage, waffle maker, yogurt, cereals, breads, bagels and muffins and whole fruit, plus good coffee. All workers were very friendly. We didn't use the pool or spa, but it looked clean.Great location with easy access to beach and plenty of restaurants walkable."

"A nice hotel for such money! When we were settled, we asked for a room with a swimming pool view and we were given a great room with a ocean view on the 3rd floor! Unfortunately, the windows didn't open it was minus! At the time of stay, the hotel was over to repair and finish (we were warned in advance). One morning, the knocks were slightly heard, but it was not long! A big minus- in the middle of the day we were knocked, although the door was hanging a sign "Don't disturb" and we were just asleep in our room! One of the builders asked to come in and pick up the mirror and picture. At that point my husband and I went to bed and I was lying in bed! It was terribly unpleasant and intact! Also the sheets were a little corrupted, and the mattress was a little tough! The mirror in the bathroom was distorted and the reflection distorted! On the last day we got a sink and didn't work, the water just accumulated. TV didn 't have netflix and airplay (apple)! I liked that in the lobby there was a mini shop with coffee, snow and chocolate! Also in the room there was a microwave and a mini refrigerator! And a coffee maker! Utig and a smooth board, fan !"

"Unfortunately at the time when we were staying, there was construction at the beach. Access to the beach was closed. We have to walk all the way around for about 10 min to get to the beach. The location is great. Happy hour is a bonus. Live music in the evening."

"We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights while passing through and decided to relax by the beach. We are not Best Western members, and this clearly affected our experience. The couple checking in before us received a detailed introduction to the hotel, recommendations, and even a small gift. In contrast, we were barely acknowledged. When I asked if the hotel had a gym, the receptionist simply said no and rolled his eyes. Overall, his attitude made it feel like he was doing us a favor. The location is excellent—just a five-minute walk to the beach. There are EV charging stations, housekeeping was good, and there is a small pool."
