"We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights! Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff. Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible. Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money. Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends."

"This time I stayed at the Golden Saipan Hotel and the overall experience was very satisfactory! The hotel is strategically located and convenient to travel. The rooms are spacious and clean, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, so that people can get a full rest. The hotel staff is warm and friendly and feels at home. "The view was the best hotel I've ever been to. I really can't forget the beautiful view. Also, I felt that the distance from the airport was close, and when I got off the early morning flight, an employee came to pick me up by car, so I checked in so comfortably. I think it was a great place to go sightseeing in Saipan. The hotel was so clean and I was so grateful for the amenities and water that they took care of. All the staff are so kind and the boss takes care of me so well that I only make a lot of good memories for my trip. 😭☺️😊 It was the best hotel I've ever been to, with only good memories. "The boss Chris is really nice and considerate. Knowing that we have two children, he not only upgraded our room type for free, but also added an extra bed, so that the family can live comfortably and at ease. Thank you so much! The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the sea, sky and green plants intertwined with each other, with a full sense of layering. Every night, we like to sit on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze, and admiring the bright night sky. It is very comfortable. In addition, the hotel also provides free airport pick-up and shuttle services for guests who stay for 3 consecutive nights, which makes people convenient, save money and worry-free! I also booked car rental, skydiving, and flying planes with the help of Chris. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, and it makes people feel especially at ease! "This hotel is opened by Koreans. The whole hotel is full of Koreans, not many Chinese. There is no Chinese service at the front desk. Maybe the hotel is a little old. The room smells a bit musty, and the facilities are a bit old. The buffet restaurant in the morning is also full of Koreans. Koreans know everything. Haha... Because I didn't do any research, I directly booked this hotel for three nights. Later, I changed to Holiday Crowne Plaza and I really regretted booking here... Hahahaha, maybe it's the damage of comparison,"

"Compared to the Crown next door, this one is much inferior. The hotel was renovated in 1989 and the facilities are very old. An old-fashioned artificial lake takes up most of the backyard, so there is only a small swimming pool. There is no children's playground. Nothing to attract children. The network is very poor. There is no signal in rooms slightly far away from the elevator."

"The location is a bit disappointing. It's close to the airport, but you have to take a taxi or pick up, and you have to take a taxi every time to get to the city. All rooms have an ocean view, so the view is great! The bedding is soft, and the pool was nice. However, during my stay, the air conditioner suddenly broke down and made a loud noise, and the bathroom was a bit disappointing. The water kept coming and going. Fortunately, the air conditioner was repaired right away, and the staff was really kind."

"The B&B is located in the city center, close to duty-free shops, coffee shops and restaurants. There is a supermarket run by a Chinese-speaking proprietress less than 100 meters away from the B&B, where you can buy some common items. There is a Korean restaurant about 100 meters to the right at the left crossroads outside the B&B. The food is delicious, not expensive and the portions are large. The lady boss of the B&B is very loving. There are many lucky cats and a very big golden toad that only eats cat food. It is super big, maybe you can't see it in the photos. Summary: Saipan is very nice and comfortable, because the people here are very warm, not as indifferent as Americans, at least there is no language barrier."
