GGuest UserThe hotel is clean everywhere.
The air conditioner is good, and the water pressure of the shower is high and perfect.
And above all, the hospitality of the owner and his wife is the best.
If you have any problems, please consult without hesitation.
He works hard, becomes friendly and thinks about solutions.
The beach in front of the hotel is shallow and transparent, and the fish shadow is abundant.
It is a nice hotel that can enjoy different from a large resort hotel.

GGuest UserThe room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly.
However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth.
The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer.
On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

GGuest UserThe room is very clean. The sea view room can really see the sea at a glance. The most important thing is the location is super good. There is a fruit and vegetable supermarket opposite with a lot of fruits and not expensive. McDonald's and a Chinese supermarket are a 100-meter walk away. The second stop of bus No. 1 is opposite the hotel downstairs🚌. The sea is downstairs of the hotel and it is a holy place to watch the sunset. The room is spacious and has a domestic socket strip for plugging in data cables. It is very close to the Crown Hotel and you can go to the Crown to play at any time.

Ssamlee.We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Crowne Plaza Resort! Highly recommend it for anybody going to Saipan. Here are a few highlights!
Fostered culture: From the moment we walked in to check in after our red eye flight, we were greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Throughout our stay, staff throughout the entire hotel were welcoming, helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay special. Having had multiple touch points between staff and ourselves be such a positive and genuine experience needs to be attributed to fostered culture and environment built by the staff.
Cleanliness: The entire hotel is kept very clean and tidy. The attention to detail was noticeable from the hotel room to the public spaces. Still, the hotel balanced this will a friendly environment welcoming guests to enjoy all the public spaces. I enjoyed working in the early hours in these public spaces while my family slept in. Pools were clean, beach well kept, chairs were comfortable and accessible.
Value for money: It is clear that everything needs to be imported. Literally, everything! Considering all of the amenities available, staff to guest ratio, quality of goods and pristine condition of the hotel-- it was an incredible value for money.
Thank you for welcoming our family! We greatly enjoyed our stay and have already recommended it to friends.

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well.
We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive.
The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play.
The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering.

GGuest UserI highly recommend this hotel. This is a great hotel located in front of a beautiful beach. Whenever you have any inquiries, the friendly staff will promptly assist you. They offer airport pick-up and drop-off services, as well as various cost-effective and excellent tours arranged by the hotel. They can also arrange taxis for you at a reasonable price. The accommodation prices are very affordable, and the hotel facilities are excellent. The Wi-Fi connection is great, and the air conditioning works well. The hot water supply is also reliable. The rooms are spacious, and you can enjoy a beautiful night sky from the balcony. I believe it would be difficult to find a hotel like this at such a price in Saipan. There are also several restaurants within walking distance of the hotel, as well as a grocery store. Great accommodation, friendly staff, and reasonable prices. I will definitely stay at this hotel when I visit Saipan again.

GGuest UserI didn't clean the room during my stay, but when I put out the trash can and put it away properly, I was able to bring a towel change. The first floor is always boiling hot water at the supermarket, so you can eat cup noodles immediately, and it was very convenient because there were lunch boxes, bakery soup and porridge. There are pots and microwaves in the room, so I think it is convenient for long stays. Also, it is a short walk to the main street, so I was able to enjoy Saipan nearby shopping and the beach. There were cafes and meals nearby, and it was also a convenient place to take a break while shopping. Also, I would like to use it again next time.

帕帕皮提察罕铁木儿The hotel experience is very good! The service of the hotel surprised me. I don't know why the Ctrip evaluation score is not high, it may be because it just hung up. I stayed very comfortable and the front desk was very nice. And there is a swimming pool, KTV, gym, in addition to the hotel is the sea, beautiful! Will stay here next time!
