WWadelaneisihuoboteThe boss Chris is really nice and considerate. Knowing that we have two children, he not only upgraded our room type for free, but also added an extra bed, so that the family can live comfortably and at ease. Thank you so much!
The hotel is located in the middle of the mountain, and you can see the beautiful scenery of the sea, sky and green plants intertwined with each other, with a full sense of layering. Every night, we like to sit on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze, and admiring the bright night sky. It is very comfortable.
In addition, the hotel also provides free airport pick-up and shuttle services for guests who stay for 3 consecutive nights, which makes people convenient, save money and worry-free! I also booked car rental, skydiving, and flying planes with the help of Chris. The price is affordable, the service is thoughtful, and it makes people feel especially at ease!

GGuest UserThe room upgrade made the stay feel like great value for the price, and the staff were very friendly.
However, we could hear chickens crowing nearby, and the tap water in the bathroom had a slight disinfectant smell, so it’s better to use bottled water when brushing your teeth.
The room door only had one lock, which felt a bit insufficient; adding an extra lock would make the room feel safer.
On the plus side, there was plenty of parking space, and overall we had a comfortable and relaxing stay.

AAnonymous UserThe scenery is stunning both day and night, and the service is excellent, including free airport transfers. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, who is incredibly welcoming and not only a pickleball enthusiast but also a lover of art. The interior decorations are all her own, a testament to her dedication to the business.
The spacious common room features a billiard table, adding a touch of entertainment to the evenings. The large public balcony offers a tranquil and comfortable ocean view.
The day I left, the US reopened Saipan's Electronic Travel Authorization (ETA) to China. I hope more Chinese tourists will visit, and I look forward to the reopening of direct flights from China to Saipan, making it easier for us to return. Saipan's biggest advantage is that it's safer than other Southeast Asian islands and more suitable for family trips.
I also highly recommend the fishing program run by a multilingual Chinese man. It includes fishing, snorkeling, and barbecue meals on board. The activities are safe and fun, and the team is friendly and attentive. The snorkeling equipment is even free!

NNiumowangXOMy friend came to Saipan from Guam to do business. He is a fitness expert and has to practice for an hour every day. There is almost no gym in Saipan's hotels. The Snow White Hotel I arranged made my friend very satisfied. This is a newly built hotel. There is a free gym. The facilities are brand new and very clean. The location of the hotel is also very good. Just in the center of Galapán, it is very convenient to go to shopping stores and major scenic spots. The staff is also very friendly. Very good value for money! Friends will recommend it next time.

NnoknoknoknokThe staff there were so nice and friendly, one of the lady greeted us at the door, and explained and suggested where I should travel in Saipan. The location of the hotel is very convenient, because its in Garapan, the really downtown Saipan, only few minutes walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. The staff treated us like locals, and we had lots of chats. It was such a great experience for us, and we will definitely stay with this hotel again when I visit Saipan in the near future.

Room is basic but you have Everything you need.
Staff is caring well, parking facilities are for free (great) and for sleeping is fine and enough.
Don’t expect too much if it’s about the facilities (eg terrace) …

GGuest UserThis hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Very impressive. The sunrise and sunset are beautiful in every photo. What's special is that the mattress is so comfortable. It's very quiet here at night and I slept very well.
We contacted the boss in advance and a driver came to pick us up at the airport. The response was prompt and it was about a 15-minute drive.
The location of the hotel is also good, very close to the city and places to play.
The boss was very enthusiastic and straightforward, and gave us a lot of tips. It was an experience worth remembering.

디디덩윤I really want to leave a review because this accommodation gave me such great memories from the beginning of my trip! We took a night flight from Korea and arrived at dawn, and this was the accommodation we booked on the first day.
The location is between PIC and World Resort, so it's really accessible, and the accommodation itself was so comfortable. The room was clean and the water pressure was really good. There was a beach right in front of the accommodation, so we could snorkel, and they kindly lent us snorkeling equipment for free. I had booked PIC for the next day, but the owner told us to check out by 2:40 and said, ”You can check out slowly.” He even took us to PIC himself!
But what was even more touching was that he refused to tip me. He was such a rare and kind person. It was a heartwarming moment.
And there's a restaurant called Surf Club just a short walk from the accommodation. The food there was really the best! We were so happy eating at Surf Club the next day. You should definitely visit that restaurant.
If you arrive at dawn, they will pick you up from the airport to the hotel for $10, but if you do a small favor for the owner, they will do it for free. ㅎㅎㅎ
There must be many people who are having trouble deciding where to stay for the night after taking a night flight and arriving at dawn, so I highly recommend this accommodation. If you rest well here on the first day and start a full schedule the next day, you will be very satisfied! There is a sea right in front, and there is a KFC nearby, so it is good for a quick meal.
Thanks to this accommodation that gave us a really happy start, we felt good throughout our trip. Be sure to visit it once!

AAnonymous UserThe Saipan to the hotel in the early morning was still raining. I called the boss in the early morning and found that the boss was Chinese and friendly. I had planned to stay for 2 days before I arrived. I lived here for the next few days. The hotel room and environment are quite good. It is very convenient to walk a few minutes from Mike Beach. Eating is also in the Chinese restaurant opened by the boss. The dishes are complete and taste good. There is no difference from not going abroad. Thank you. I will come back next time.
